The big pool is just outside our glass doors and beautiful Napili Bay beach is just few minutes walking distance.
This oceanfront one-bedroom ground level condo looks out on the beautiful NW Maui ocean with views of Lanai and Molokai Islands. It is right above a lovely Honokeana Bay cove with the best snorkeling on the island, including several resident Honu: the sacred sea turtles.
Why this condo?
Anyone who has been knows that compares to Napili Shores, Napili Surf or other Napili area complexes, our Napili Point resort and B11 condo are filled with light, have beautiful grounds, spacious rooms and new décor and amenities.
Condo B11 is always updated, with tile floors, full kitchen. It is also known as "home away from home". You can walk to Napili market and buy fresh fish or meats to BBQ on the gas grills just outside the sliding glass doors, or walk to great local restaurants within minutes. The path to the Napili Bay beach is ten steps down the stairway, and then 3-5min along an ocean path filled with tide pools. You can chill out at the big turtle pool just steps out the back door, where you see a panoramic view of the ocean and lovely landscaping.
While this part of Maui remains less developed, the Ritz-Carleton is just up the hill, and has a golf course favored by many professional golfers. It is also known as "Golf in Paradise!". If you want to play on the hills just past Honoapiilani Hwy you can horseback ride through rain forest and pineapple fields at Ironwood Ranch, or hike trails along the northern tip of Maui. It is a place where you can go with a family, a sweetheart, or pals, and if you want activities there is a sailing, parasailing, Haleakalā volcano rides and many others. Boat trips leave from Lahaina, Kaanapali or Kapalua (all within 10-15min); or you can just unwind in the magic of the Maui air on the patio, poolside or at Napili Beach.

Clean, well stocked. Had issue with getting TV to work - no written directions. Emergency contact ended up coming over to help and got it working quickly. We knew it was by the pool - mostly not an issue, but a couple of times had some very loud users. Do love Napili Point!

We’ve stayed at many condos in Napili, this one is by far, our favorite. Big and roomy, convenient washer and dryer, location location location. I rented this one for my daughter and family, while my husband and I stayed next door at Napili Shores. We checked into this one first to set it up for the kids before they flew in. What a delightful surprise to have this gorgeous basket of goodies waiting on the table! We were so impressed with everything about this condo, we couldn’t wait to check into ours to see how it compared (same price range). No comparison. Our condo was still dirty when we checked in, no basket, just some fruit loops on the floor and a backed up toilet!! I was so grateful that we had this condo to escape to while they tried to correct ours, as I was almost in tears over the whole thing. After we flew home, my daughter called to tell me that they were remodeling next door and being very loud. I messaged the owners, who got back with me immediately, and had already straightened things out with the contractor, making the rest of her stay, perfect. Thank you so much for getting it right!! The location was great - both snorkeling and beach within walking distance. Unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Both kitchen and bathroom recently updated. Other parts of condo a bit dated.

This is a spacious ground level unit. The unit was very well stocked with kitchen tools and appliances, snorkel and beach gear. The kids loved just walking out the patio to access the pool. Napili Bay beach is a little bit of a walk but access to Honokeana Bay is the real gem, just down the stairs and some rocks for some of the best snorkelling we have done on Maui. So many turtles and more variety of fish than we saw in South Maui. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Love Napili Bay and the experiences you are able to have from this property without ever getting in your car. Great snorkeling in the bay, and whale watching up over the fence, or move out closer to the bay if seating is too low Kitchen is well equipped and I so appreciated the sharp knives (so rare in a VRBO) for cutting fresh produce and fish! Interior furniture is nice and bed was comfortable.

My wife and I visited maui to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. This very nice condo was perfect we could well watch while grilling out steaks and having a glass of wine. Area was quiet within walking distance to restaurants beach restaurants beaches trails and near grocery store. Great snorkeling just steps from our line our lenai and everything you could need is provided at the condo. We loved it so much we inquired about purchasing a condo on the property. Thank you so much, we would definitely recommend and will book again when we return to Maui.

This is the second time our family of four has stayed in this unit at Napili Point. The place was beautifully clean and had everything we needed to have a great stay. Nothing is more special than snorkeling with our kids in the turtle bay and watching the “whale party” before sunset. We have four full hearts.
