Nestled in a private and secluded enclave between the Wailea Blue Course and the Wailea Tennis Club, the Wailea Grand Champions Villas are where travelers can golf, play tennis, be pampered at the Wailea Grand Spa, whale watch or turtle spot, or soak up the sun, snorkel, stand up paddle-board or body surf at over a dozen of South Maui's finest gold-sand beaches.
Our ground-floor, single level (no stairs inside), fully renovated 2-bedroom villa consists of a king sized master suite with walk-in closet, and a guest suite with two twin beds. Each bedroom has an attached en-suite and each living space has it's own Freidrich air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep cool (although, with windows and doors open, Maui's trade winds provide a more fragrant and desirable natural cooling).
Our kitchen is fully stocked for those who enjoy dining in and we've equipped the kitchen with many of the household luxuries you'd find at home!
Our lanai is private, secluded and right next to nature. You can be serenaded by songbirds, enjoy a coffee or glass of wine without golfers or pedestrians strolling by, and take in the changing sky as the sun drops below the horizon.

We stayed here in July 2024 as a family of 4 and had a great time. The picture and listing photos are 100% accurate. The unit stays very cool with a great cross breeze from the front screen door to the lanai (or you can use the 3 AC units). The kitchen had many of the essentials (and many extras) stocked - made things so much more convenient! Of note, the unit contained a high quality beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs - great when you are a family of 4. Owner was super helpful and accommodating when the airline changed flight dates on us unexpectedly.
We'll certainly look to book this great property again!

The condo was great! We had a great stay. The host was very responsive and check in was super simple. Appreciate that the 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds, that was perfect for us. Such a nice condo and the location is great. Would stay here again if we came back to Maui.

Our stay was only 5 days arriving on Monday and leaving on Friday. That was not long enough for us. Location and condition was very good and we were all very comfortable while there. Mostly used as a home base to prep meals, sleep, and plan excursions for the did. I was able to get in the hot tub and pool 2 nights, but pretty exhausted when done for the day so that was it.
Overall a great experience and if this unit is available next time we get back to Maui I'll be booking it again.

This was a wonderful condo to stay in for our short stay in Maui. It’s located in beautiful Wailea. The condo was exactly as described in listing-it was clean , quiet and has everything you need.The pools and all the property landscaping were stunning.
The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and would stay here again! Mahalo

Myself my wife and my brother and partner stayed here for our 40th wedding anniversary.
We had a great stay, the condo was very well equipped and the owner Chris could not have been more helpful.
We did had a couple of minor issues, which were dealt with expediently by Chriis
All communication was quickly answered, as were some general questions regarding good places to eat, nothing was to much trouble and i highly recommend Chris as a great host.
A couple of minor gripes that i had,was the tennis courts were extremely busy during our stay and i found the noise from them irritating at times,especially whilst on the balcony
However please note this is only my personal veiw, and this may not bother other people, particularly if you are out most the day.
I have not maked down any star as i new the courts were there when i booked, but i guess i hoped they would be a little less used than they were.
The other minor gripe was the private pools, for these condos, they are extremely small with very little seating and when ever we tried to use them there was no seating avaiable, saying that, Hawaii is all about the beautiful beaches so we where not that bothered just a little annoying.
Please dont take these points as necessarily negative just an honest review.
Overall we had a fantastic stay in a great condo.

Love the wood floors— We are very allergic and had no trouble. Felt very safe. Wish we had thought earlier to go to Wailea town for dinners (prices at the hotels nearby were intimidating). Saw lots of this stunning island, with helpful advice from host Chris, who was great.

My husband and I had a great stay at Chris' condo in Grand Champions. The location is so convenient - a short walk to the Shops at Wailea, and an even shorter walk to Akamai Coffee in Wailea Village. And a super easy drive to all of our favorite Wailea area beaches. We enjoyed our stay.

This was my first time in Maui with my partner. We were celebrating our 2nd anniversary, as well as a friends birthday. They had been numerous times before but collectively we all agreed this was perfect for us! Wailea is a beautiful area and since we headed to Big/Little beach most days, it was much closer than other places. The complex was nice and well maintained. It was a short walk each morning to the Shops where we'd grab coffees and Acai bowls! The unit itself was clean, spacious, quiet, and overall in good condition! I had a few questions before arriving and the hosts were extremely responsive. Overall 5 stars!

We stayed at several proprerties in the resort and this was the best one by far. It is very well maintained and Chris was kind to provide us all the details we needed including about Maui in general. We highly recommend!
