Great stay, location. We also enjoyed festival as well.
Beside getting my car towed it was a great stay my parking ticket fell on ground and they towed my car.

Great location and view of beach and water. The host is very responsive and everything was clean and as advertised. This unit does have a AC unit is bedroom. Makes it nice if you and your wife are on different work schedules.

We stayed for a little over a week and this was a perfect place for all our adventures!! It was centrally located. We ventured out every day and it wasn’t far to get to any part of the island. We could walk anywhere at night to eat or shop to pick things up. The place was clean and big enough for all 4 of us. The balcony was our favorite spot to sit and have our morning coffee or a night time snack! The owner is very quick and responds right away and is so helpful. Thanks again for a great stay!!

My husband and I spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to numerous restaurants, attractions, beaches and shops. The unit was clean and the owner provided coffee and a few other basic supplies and treats as well. Check in was simple and the owner was easy to communicate with. Overall highly recommend the unit for great value and unbeatable location (2 blocks from Waikiki beach).

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were incredible. Oven views out the living room and city view out of the bedroom. We spent a lot of time out on the lanai enjoying ocean and city views and a nice breeze. Very convenient location close to shops and food and a two block walk to the beach.

First off Tin was a great manager providing prompt replies to my questions. The big positives of this rental are the location and view are first rate. It is close to the beach and easy access to many things along Waikiki.
This was my first time on Oahu and I wanted someplace that was near the beach (easy 5m walk) for my family (wife, daughter, and 4 year old son). We didn't spend much time in the room but we did make some meals to cut down some costs. The only downsides were we didn't feel the kitchen had enough plates or large utensils for a family of four and at times because of the size it felt a bit small. The other issue (not with the rental or Tin) that I had which is common at other parking areas on the island is that the parking slots at the place are small. If you rent a car definitely take pics of your rental as many of the parking spots are fairly skinny. Even with those issues we would definitely come back again. Overall, Tin was a great host and had a great rental.
