Your upper level Maui home is an oceanfront, gated four plex. The atmosphere is very private and relaxed with unbelievable sunsets, ocean sounds and rustling palms. Property has shared oceanfront pool, hot tub and gas grill for your use. Large grassy area ideal for relaxing, games, sunbathing and sunset watching from condos ocean side.
From the lanai, whales, turtles, rays and dolphins frolic as you enjoy your meals or just hang loose. Just 100 meters from world famous Kamaole 1, known for swimming, body surfing, snorkeling, paddle boards and boogie boarding. Golden sand beach features lifeguards, showers, bathrooms and picnic areas. Nearby is Cove Park, the main stand up paddle (SUP) boarding and beginning surfing area in S. Maui. Rental equipment available nearby.
This 1100 sq. ft. upper unit has two bedrooms. The entire unit is air conditioned utilizing zoned air conditioning. This allows energy conservation by only utilizing the a/c in rooms when they are occupied. The kitchen/living room has ceiling fans as well as power operated, vented skylights. Trade winds rustle the palms and tend to keep humidity levels low. Sunbrella shades make lanai useable all afternoon
Your master bedroom has a queen size bed with ocean views. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed. Both bathrooms feature granite, marble and soapstone counter tops as well as showers. Flooring throughout is French Limestone.
Your kitchen is fully equipped featuring Dacor cooking apparatus, Samsung 4 dr french refrigerator and LG dishwasher as well as a trash compactor. Newer LG Washer and Dryer are high efficiency. Large flat screen tv's in living room (60") and den (40"). Amenities include Beach towels, Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrellas. Nearby vendors rent boogie boards, surf and paddle boards as well as snorkel gear. Visitors are reminded all water related activities involve personal risk. Free Wireless internet and calling to US mainland and Canada. Parking is on street. Maximum occupancy is FOUR. CHILDREN UNDER 16 MUST BE CLEARED IN ADVANCE. No smoking is allowed in unit or exterior common areas.

Great condo on a beautiful beach in Kihei. Walking distance to the best beginner surf break in Maui and a 30 second walk out to a shallow sand beach with turtles swimming around. I would stay here again anyday!

We stayed for 8 nights and can’t imagine better place. View from lanai is awesome. Place was designed with attention to detail. Comfort was utmost in all living areas. Condo is close to everything. Parking on street was never a problem.

Such a perfect location and a very large, comfortable condo! All we could ask for and more. We loved the proximity to the ocean and also used the pool often. It was very quiet and private.

We had a lovely four-night stay in this beautiful condo. It was well-equipped, centrally located and comfortable. We spent mornings on the lanai, days on the beach which was a stones throw from the door, evenings in the hot tub and walked to town for our lunches and dinners. Highly recommend!

By far the best property I’ve ever rented. Perfect location for our group of four ranging in age from 16- 68. Literally steps to the beach. About a two block walk to several shops, restaurants and even a grocery store. Very quiet area also considering how close you are to everything. Absolutely stunning views from the lanai. With so many rentals to choose from on the island, I can’t express how glad I am I chose this one. Would definitely rent it again without hesitation!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The views from the lanai, living room, kitchen and master are amazing! You have a short walk to the beach and a lovely park right in front where you can watch the sunset.

Incredible property, view was just wow. Clean, beds were very comfortable, washer/dryer and AC were an added bonus. Hands down the best part was snorkeling with sea turtles daily right outside the property. Access to pool, hot tub, and grill were also great. Looking forward to coming back hopefully soon.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish! We were greeted with a short tour, the condo was beautiful, clean, very comfortable, and has pretty much everything you need! The beach is right there, restaurants in walking distance, and did I mention the view? AMAZING! Would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful week!

We had an amazing stay! This place has it all! Full kitchen (seriously… everything you could ever need!), very nice laundry, comfortable beds (the master is firm and 2nd is very plush), wonderful AC, plenty of towels/linens, open layout and a nice outdoor porch. Great experience and communication with the hosts and property manager. The location is perfect! Walk down to restaurants, shops and bike/snorkeling gear/surf rentals. Grocery just down the street as well. It’s only a 4 condo complex, so its quiet and laid back. The pool and hot tub are perfect and never crowed. In fact, we were the only ones there every time we used them. When you walk out of the pool gate, there is a beautiful grass area overlooking the ocean…. And 100 feet to your left, is the start of a beautiful sandy beach just after a rocky point that makes for great snorkeling right out the door! We got to swim with turtles every time we got in. Can’t say enough great things about this place! If you are looking for a relaxing place that has it all, away from the resorts, this is it! We can’t wait to go back!
