The location was great. It was within driving distance of so many activities. Communicating with Amy was easy and she was very accommodating. The property was fine although it could use some updates but overall the stay was good

Paki Maui was great! Our condo was perfect . Easy access to everything. We had a short walk to the beach and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo is close to grocery stores. Souvenir stores and restaurants. About a 20 minute drive to front Street which is an awesome place.
We were very satisfied with our choice staying at Paki Maui while in Hawaii.

The unit is as advertised and Amy was on top of things when a water issue developed during our stay. She took great care of us.
We enjoyed that we were close to Kaanapali/Lihaina but not IN the hub of those areas. Access to the boardwalk that goes along the sea is handy. Also loved The Fish Market Maui that is across the street - great prepared seafood!
What I will add about the unit is that if you are looking for a quiet setting or need quiet for sleep, be aware that: there is no AC and therefore the need to sleep with windows open; the second bedroom window is open to the parking lot and walkway - quite noisy during our stay; the unit overlooks (through trees) a public park - can present loud gatherings of people and music; overlooks the pool maintenance shed - the pool guy is just doing his job but he begins work at 6:30am-ish.
The late winter storms did a number on the beach access, so we found it easiest to access it via the public park next door.

Our family of four stayed for just over a week. It was home perfection - Amy has created a cozy and functional space for any family. So many extras including boogie boards, flippers, full kitchen, blender (so awesome for the teens). The location is perfect - we caught the bus, we walked, we drove and felt part of the community. The people in the building were friendly and it felt like everyone was here to enjoy (and not exploit) the island.
Amy felt like she really cared about our vacation happiness - she was readily available to answer my communications and even sent us updates about the building maintenance while we were there.
Overall great value and helped to make this trip amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The condo is exactly as listed. It’s quite large compared to others we have stayed at. There were great amenities.
It’s next to a park if you have younger kids.
We did buy a couple more fans while we were there because of no air conditioning, but we didn’t mind doing that.

Great location wit short drive to many great beaches. Two twin beds for the kids is a must for our family. Markets and food close by, and everything you need to cook is in the kitchen. Check-in and property management were great.

We had a wonderful time. The beach just outside the property was excellent for snorkeling with no crowds. The pool nearby was a little loud with children but they always quieted down by the posted time. The bed was very comfy and everything was clean. It was a perfect spot.

My 3 family members and I stayed here as it was close to where other family members were staying, and the location was perfect for us. There was also a coffee shop and other stores/grocery/restaurants within .5 mile which was nice as we did not have a car for some of the trip. This condo provided all the necessities, including shampoo, conditioner, coffee supplies, beach coolers, snorkeling gear, etc. You can snorkel right outside of this spot which was nice as we saw sea turtles and many fish. The condo has ceiling fans only (no A/C) but honestly was not even an issue as the fans are great and the breeze really did the trick - even on a couple of warm nights. Good water pressure, safe lock on the door, and always felt safe in the area. The actual community/property itself leaves something to be desired, as it feels outdated and, and the koi pond area needs some cleaning up. There are more spots close by where you may get a more upscale experience, however we were going for cost and convenience this trip and it fit the bill. Appropriately posted and priced. Mahalo!

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo for a week. It not only was a great location but also had those little extras that help make a trip to this island (beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach umbrella, etc.) The location offered beach access, views, and was a perfect starting point for all the activities we had planned on Maui (snorkeling, Hana, Haleakala, etc.)
Would stay here again.

Had a great time at Paki Maui. Having the beach right there was superb. Our condo was great, loved the bottom floor, all of the amenities with the well appointed kitchen and the washer and dryer were a plus! We had snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards to use so there was less for us to pack and fly over. Everything was nearby: a store, food truck park, an ABC Store and a coffee shop. Loved the area and will visit again!

We really liked the condo including the water chairs, toys and boogie boards. Lack of a/c meant leaving the doors and windows open continuously. Lovely sleeping to the sound of the ocean but annoying when early rising neighbors, roosters, and maintenance people were outside our condo.

Our family of 4 adults had a fabulous stay at this condo. Beautiful full kitchen with all needed amenities available. Beach chairs, beach bags, umbrella, and cooler bags were available for use. In-suite laundry, 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers, hotel-style toiletries etc. The mattresses and bedding created incredibly cozy beds. Lack of a full view of the ocean was not an issue for us, as we preferred the privacy afforded by the suite’s location instead. Children playing in the nearby pool in the evening created happy ambient noise, no concerns for us. Amy is very quick to communicate and has lots of great suggestions. Appreciate also the information book available with so many recommendations of things to see and do.
