Aloha and Welcome,
This beautiful oceanfront home is perfect for a family / friend vacation. The beach house is located on the dry and sunny Westside of Oahu which offers sun filled days, delightful trade winds, and beautiful beaches.
This “off the beaten path” private and secluded getaway has direct beautiful beach and ocean access, stunning sunsets, views of the Waianae mountain range, warm weather, and plentiful ocean wildlife viewing.
From the yard, relax and watch dolphins, whales, turtles, monk seals, and surfers at the world class surf break.
The Island’s Westside has a large Hawaiian population and is favored by many locals for its Aloha spirit, wonderful uncrowded sandy beaches, surf spots, and tide pools.
The home’s outdoor center courtyard is steps away from the ocean and great snorkeling, diving, surfing, paddle boarding, body surfing, fishing, tide pooling, and swimming.
Three comfortable Hawaiian-legacy styled detached living areas frame the ocean-facing sandstone courtyard. The living room and combined kitchen with high ceilings has sliding doors that open directly to the courtyard which is shaded by a lovely Hau tree. This is the main gathering area of the beach house. Most of your time will be spent here while you enjoy the exterior oceanfront courtyard dining area that features a large outdoor dining table that seats eight comfortably, a tranquil shaded lounging area, and a custom made adjustable charcoal BBQ. The backyard has an outdoor shower and a hammock attached to coconut trees. There are many areas to lounge throughout the property, whether it be under a plumeria or coconut tree, in the shady courtyard, or on a daybed in the living room.
The second living area includes the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and features a breathtaking view of the ocean through a picture window. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
The third living area includes two bedrooms with one queen and one twin bed in each room. An ensuite full bathroom connects the two rooms. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

If you want more of a local, non-touristy experience, this is the place. Very cute and comfortable private beachfront house with all you need for your stay. We had five adults and two kids (3 and 4 1/2). Definitely opt for AC for those not used to the heat and humidity (no AC in the family room). There are a number of homeless camps along the beach but they don’t bother anyone. The tides where a bit high when we visited (mid May) for our young kids to play in the water without supervision but you are 15 min to the Lagoons and Makua beach which was perfect and low tide. There was only one other group at Makua beach when we went, loved it! Definitely try Dan’s Maili Shaved ice. Friendly family owned business. Tracy was an amazing host and very communicative.
Cons: You’ll be in traffic and have a long drive for the other touristy attractions such as Waikiki or anything East of that. Surprisingly lots of ambulances throughout the day and evening. Homeless camps with trash along the beach not too far from the beach house

What a heavenly vacation property! We traveled to Oahu with our two adult children, their spouses and a 5 year old grandson to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday (she lives on Oahu). From the minute we got to the house and Tracy showed us around we were in love! The house was perfect for our family - we had plenty of room to spread out, we grilled fish and burgers one night and played cornhole while listening to the crashing waves. We loved watching the surfers every morning and looking for turtles. We even saw a pod of whales way offshore one morning (it was really late in the season to see them so we were thrilled)!
There is a hidden gem of a beach about 5 minutes north called Pokai Beach Park that is perfect for small children with no waves and very few people. We also tried several local places for plate lunch and were not disappointed.
It is a little bit of a drive to Honolulu and some of the sights but the western shore of Oahu is a hidden gem. We won’t hesitate to stay here next time we are on Oahu!

I was impressed with the property and the accuracy of the photos and written description, as well as all communication with the property manager. The community where this property is located has seen better days and I was somewhat anxious as I was driving in, but once we got thru the gate, everything was perfect. We had plenty of room for our group of 6 adults, the grounds were beautiful and amenities were abundant (reef shoes, a cooler, beach chairs and towels, etc). This is a terrific property that is away from the touristy chaos of Honolulu and Waikiki and provided us with lovely sunsets and a relaxing experience. Traffic getting to/from the community can get backed up so we just needed to plan accordingly. This property was perfect for our family Christmas vacation and Tracy was great to work with!

The property was perfect for our needs. The sunset views are priceless. The location is a local area and not a resort- it is important to know that up front & be comfortable knowing that lots of people survive in the nearby area by camping on the beach. By the end of our stay I was ready to camp with them so I didn’t have to leave! We were not bothered or felt unsafe. We didn’t find it a deterrent- awareness is all that is needed. The property is gated & private but still has direct access to the quiet beach. The thoughtfulness of all the little things that were included was amazing- from boogie boards to laundry detergent to beach towels. The place made our stay so relaxing. Anytime we go to this island with a group we will be begging to stay here again. Mahalo!

We really enjoyed our stay- the house and amenities were exactly as described. It was perfect for our 4 kids and 2 grandparents- lots of room to spread out and enjoy being outside. The kids loved exploring the beach and picking up shells and sea glass, plus the beaches on this side of Oahu are much less crowded than elsewhere. Tracy was great and accommodated us very well. Thank you for the awesome experience!!!

Overall, it was great. Just don’t understand why they don’t just add the air conditioning fee at the beginning instead of charging you to have it. But the owners were very nice and went out of their way to make it better with an issue that we had while we were there. I thought Melissa was exceptional and how she handled her situation Mahalo for that I would recommend this place to stay if I would be back.
