Newly built 2 story home with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas and hot tub sits on a 2.5 acre property within a private gated community.
Located in a safe, quiet, gated community. Amazing, unobstructed ocean views from the kitchen, living areas and makai (toward the ocean) bedrooms. Beautiful mountain views from the mauka (toward the mountain) bedrooms. Upstairs bedrooms also have views of the neighboring horse pastures. Suitable for large, multi-generational or multiple families. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, this home has more than enough room for everyone to enjoy their own space.
The fully stocked open concept kitchen has a large granite island with seating for 6. There's plenty of room for meal prep and family style dining, all while taking in the stunning ocean and mountain views.
Extra large deck upstairs with dining table, sitting area, futon lounger, and hammock makes it easy to spend time outside to take in the ocean views or watch the horses graze nearby. Downstairs is a hot tub and 2 more dining tables, giving you lots of options for relaxing outside in comfort while enjoying the views. Pocket doors between the living areas and outside deck and patio completely open up for ideal indoor/outdoor living.
After a day of beach time or exploring the island, come home and relax in the hot tub. The enclosed outdoor shower (hot & cold water) is the perfect way to rinse off after the days activities.
This home is directly across from a beach, and just minutes away from world famous Sunset Beach, Pipeline, and Waimea Bay. If you're looking for golfing, horseback riding or other adventures, Turtle Bay Resort is also just minutes away.
Also for your enjoyment on property are a ping pong table, basketball hoop on the large driveway, various yard games and a new Weber gas BBQ grill.

We absolutely loved this property! The house was perfect for our group of 8. The ocean is just out the back yard and we had a great time beach combing and watching the sunrises and sunsets. The location of the home on the north shore has a peaceful and rural feeling, which we loved! We would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect. Has everything you would ever need. The view is perfect. The location is great! Highly recommend Teds bakery just down the road. The host was amazing at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Will stay again.

Our extended family of 9 stayed here for our first visit to Oahu. We loved the location and the access to beach equipment. The host was very helpful with any questions and responded quickly. The children in our group loved the hot tub. Overall it was a fabulous stay

Sheryl was so great to work with. She was always so quick to respond and so accommodating. Everything was very organized and she had all the information we may need to us before we needed it. The property and home is gorgeous. It is in a private and quiet community with plenty of space for parking and playing in the yard. The home is beautiful inside. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything a big family needs. We loved using the Weber grill on the deck. We loved the view from the living room and family room straight out to the ocean. The walls in both rooms slide open so whether you are inside or out on the deck you have an amazing view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Breathtaking and so relaxing. The tables, chairs, futon, and hammock on the decks gave everyone a place to relax and visit. We all enjoyed the hot tub many times. The garage is stocked with everything you could need at the beach. It was so nice having a washer and dryer as well. I can’t say enough good about Sheryl and her beautiful property. It made our trip better than we had imagined. We would definitely come and stay here again.

Great property for families, especially with little kids. Property very clean and host was very easy to communicate with. Anything we needed was at the property for our use there and at the beach. Really enjoyed this property and our stay in Hawaii.

Easy check in. Fully stocked cabinets. Hot tub was ready to go. Quiet and serene area. Minutes from the beach. This place was the perfect house for my family and I’ll definitely book again. Sheryl was a most gracious host.

We were thrilled with our stay here. The house is spacious, and well appointed and tastefully decorated. We like to cook for ourselves and found everything we needed in the kitchen, even an instant pot! Everything in the kitchen is a quality tool as well which makes a difference when cooking.
All of the supplies in the garage make beach days a breeze. Coolers to umbrellas and everything in between.
Sheryl was fabulous to work with and even went above and beyond to help us out when we had a time crunch, and that was so appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again or fully recommend this home.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. I’ve stayed in several VRBO properties and this one was by far the nicest yet. Everything you could want was for a beach vacation was provided . Sheryl was VERY quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Amazing, amazing, amazing!

We just got home from staying at this property for one week! I must say I have never rented a home that was as nice or well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a week in paradise! Every area of the home had all the comforts of home you could ask for from simple things like soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers to a fully stocked kitchen with all the things you need to cook just about anything! If you are thinking about staying on the North Shore this is definitely the house you need to stay at! Mahola to Sheryl for being such a great host and having such a beautiful home!

We had a great stay hear on north shore in this well equipped large private home. Really enjoyed the location with the ocean view, sunrises, and sunsets from the large balcony.
The house had everything we needed and more. We would definitely return for a future stay.

Sheryl’s home on the North Shore is an amazing spot. We’ve been to the North Shore a number of times but this was the first with our entire family. This home was perfect for everyone having their own space but at the same time all of having plenty of time and space to be together. The location is close enough to Kahuku and Laie which we love to go to, but far enough where you are out of town. The outside of her home is even better than the inside as the back patio was a popular spot for all of us to visit and relax. The huge yard is awesome just to take a walk in at the late evening. The beach is literally right across the street and such a nice spot to enjoy the ocean.
The particulars of the house are all covered from things that you may need inside or out while on your vacation. If there is something that you need or an idea on where to go Sheryl will respond immediately to any message you send her. She is a wonderful host and wants you to enjoy her home and vacation as if it was her own.

House was exceptionally nice especially the kitchen set up and balcony. Across from the beach and short driving distance to plenty of cool activities such as food trucks, surfing, and zip lining.
