Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

This place had a great location and balcony view of the beach, which was a short 5-minute walk away. There was no parking so it cost $28 a day in the garage across the street, which wasn’t ideal, but it was fine and not a far walk. The place itself was cute enough. Not hotel level clean sadly, but nothing so dirty that it stuck out badly (e.g., some stains on the rug and furniture, some dishes were dirty, etc.). The place itself is actually in a hotel building, but it’s a privately owned unit. This wasn’t an issue for us, but just something you should know. Additionally, the blankets on the bed were just sheets, so it was hard to sleep with such little fabric. This place was pretty good all around. It would be five stars if it (1) cleaned more thoroughly, (2) provided extra blankets for the bed, and (3) rearranged the furniture so that you can sit on the couch without getting blasted by the AC.

This condo is very conveniently located with nice views from the balcony. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to make some simple meals. The only complaint is that the AC is very noisy.

Our stay here was just great! The location was good and the condo was clean and well equipped. The only thing we were missing was the small toiletry items that were listed in the description. We had to go out and get soap and shampoo as there were none in the unit. Other than that we had everything we needed for a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall our stay in this room was a positive experience. The view is incredible, the kitchen, bathroom and shower are nice. However, there were some flaws that I think the owner should address. 1. The mattress sags horribly, there’s no amount of pillow top covers that can remedy this. The mattress needs to be replaced. It’s very uncomfortable as is. 2. The AC unit is so loud that you can not run it at night, I don’t know how anybody could sleep through that. 3. Roaches, we killed 2 and 2 got away. My wife had a hard time sleeping after that as one of them was on the bed. 4. The ceiling fan does work fine, however I had to dust it off before using it as there was a thick layer of dust on the blades. 5. The patio cushions are worthless, replace them. 6. It’s nice that 2 beach chairs were provided, however 1 of them was broken which we didn’t didn’t find out until we were on the beach. 7. There was no sponge for washing the dishes.
All that said, for the price, we weren’t too disappointed and we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay…I mean, it’s Hawaii. Would we stay in this room again? Maybe, if some those things were fixed. The mattress and the AC.

My sister and I came to Hawai’i to help out with family matters and everything about this place made our trip extremely comforting. The beautiful view, the location, and accessibility was perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and exactly as listed, and had all the necessities, including beach towels. The VIEW was amazing, made it tuff to leave, LOL.
