The area was quiet. There was lots of beach to walk and wasn’t crowded. Conveniently located near more touristy locations for day trip. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, including snorkeling gear, boogie boards and cooler. Lydia was a great host. She was very responsive to any questions we had.

We enjoyed the condo for our trip trip to Maui! It was great to be so close to the beach and a short drive from downtown Kihei. The condo was very clean and many amenities were thoughtfully provided to us. We loved using the boogy boards on the beach! I would recommend this condo to anyone else, especially for the value. My girlfriend and I had a great stay in Maui! The condo is very close to pretty much everything on the west side of Maui, and very easy to get to from the airport too. Lydia has everything you need for your stay readily available, and it was a great home base for us to tackle many day trips. Highly recommend!

Everything with Lydia was smooth since day one. The place was perfect for our not too short stay. We loved the location right on the beach, close to restaurants, you can only hear the sea. The place was clean, very well equipped, cozy. Perfect for two people!

My wife and I had a great time staying at this property. Our host was very kind and very accommodating. We couldn’t appreciate her any more. The location itself is last in line in a string of condos so the beach basically felt private. We’ve read two reviews complaining about traffic noise but didn’t notice that in the slightest. All we heard was the ocean and the breeze. It’s well worth the stay and we would do it again tomorrow, if we were able to.

Lydia’s place was great and had everthing we needed in a place to crash every night after busy days exploring the island! It also has an outdoor shower to rinse all the sand off (inevitable on an island) and it’s own parking spot which was really great. Most of the unit was quite clean, though I did notice the shower could use a bit more of a deep clean. Lydia was very responsive which was helpful! The downside would definitely be the road noise and the wind noise, it was SO windy it was squealing through the windows and shaking the door to the stairs which is next to the condo (we did our best to close it but it doesn’t close all the way). I would have liked to enjoy the patio but it was much too loud and windy. Overall a pleasant stay.

Clean, comfortable studio with everything you might need for your Maui vacation, including washer/dryer & full kitchen. Steps from Sugar Beach. Beautiful grounds. Owner was very easy to communicate with.
Lots of road noise but it can be countered with use of white or brown noise or other calming sounds.

My husband and I absolutely loved this condo!! The location is central Maui and so convenient for any activities you may want. Lydia was great with communication. Other reviews complained of road noise but we didn’t hear that at all. It truly had everything we needed from beach gear to a full kitchen. The washer and dryer were nice to have also :) Great value for an awesome condo!

My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and peacefullness being at the last place on the beach. The Sugar beach was soft(like grains of sugar) and relaxing. All the tenants we interacted with were great and it was a short drive to groceries, shopping and restaraunts.
Everything we needed to get settled in was already there and we enjoyed the view from our balcony while eating breakfast.
We had no complaints and would stay again.

We stayed at this location for 5 days - perfect amenities. We had so much to do on the island that we really didn’t get a chance to stay at the pool or the beach in front of the condo for any length of time. The condo is on a busy road so be prepared for the traffic noise. We ran the air conditioner at night so no problem to sleep. Great location if you are exploring all of the island.

This property and Lydia both get an A+.. Parking free and easy in-front of unit.. Unit is small but has everything you need and is beachfront! (we loved the huge grassy area that was private for the renters) The walks on the beach are incredible, its a quiet beach but a quick drive to main strip in Keihi .. Washer/Dryer and price are great benefits, I think she needs a new beach umbrella and new AC unit as its rusted out and just barely can keep up but overall amazing!
