You are only steps away from the beach, where turtles can be seen bobbing their heads and protected monk seals come and rest. This beach is considered to have the best snorkeling on the island of Kauai. Across the street is The Beach House, the only ocean front restaurant in Kauai with a magnificent sunset view. Picture yourself savoring delicious food and refreshing drinks while soaking up the breathtaking scenery.
We have recently remodeled our spacious one bedroom condo with brand new vinyl flooring throughout the lounge and bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen is available, with granite countertops should you choose to dine in. Our resort also has a gas BBQ area, complete with picnic tables for dining outside. And if you're in the mood for a refreshing dip, our swimming pool is nestled among lush tropical plants in the landscaped garden.
Should you wish to wander further afar, there are a variety of activities to pursue. Take surfing lessons down the road at Sheraton Beach, a perfect spot for beginners. Golf and horse riding are a 5 minute drive. And when it comes to shopping and dining, The Shops at Kukui‘ula , Old Koloa Town and Poipu Shopping Village are just minutes away and offer a variety of shops and restaurants to choose from. Or travel even further, out west about 40 minutes away is the stunning Waimea Canyon and the spectacular Kalalau Lookout. .

The location was unbeatable—just a short drive to shops and restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient.
The rental was wonderfully spacious, offering plenty of room to unwind. The living room was cozy, and while we didn’t cook at all, the kitchen was fully equipped for preparing quick meals. It was such a welcoming place to return to after a day of exploring.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep!
Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Everything matched the photos and the area was in a perfectly quaint area that was easy to get to points of interest in and around Poipu. If I were to stay again, I would have liked to have A/C (I have trouble sleeping) but would not hesitate to book this place again. Mahalo!

Property located near many of our favorite places. Kukui’ula Market was within walking distance and sold many healthy food options. We had peaceful evenings with wonderful views from our living room.

Enjoyed three wonderful nights in this condo after a week in Princeville. Condo is small but efficient and clean which was perfect for our needs. Served as base of operations for adventures on south side of Kauai. Bed was comfortable. Adequate storage for two persons. Left sliding glass door to lanai and windows at front open at night for cooling breeze (no ac). Area is a little busy, but we only spent nights in unit, spent days exploring nearby areas. Made for great access to Waimea canyon, Hanalei, Botanical Gardens, and Lihue.

This is my second stay at this condo and I’ve already booked another for the fall. I’ve stayed many places in Koloa and this is hands down my favorite. The views are spectacular from the front and especially the back side of the condo. The location is close to beaches, restaurants, shops, food trucks, walking areas and ideal for people who love peace and quiet (except for the roasters of course lol). I’ve stayed at this condo on a solo trip, with my sister and the next one will be with my partner for the Kauai Writers conference. Its idea for two people but three could be comfortable as well.

What a wonderful place to stay. We spent 5 nights on Oahu and 8 nights in Poipu. The unit was perfect. Everything is as advertised…actually nicer and the setting could not be better. We hope to come back for another anniversary celebration!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for one week with our children (10) and (12) , the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. It’s located very close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Our children enjoyed the pool located on the property.

We liked the location. Easy to get to. The unit was nice for lodging...made use of the kitchen. Not a lot of space to hang out in the unit, but that was ok as we were on the go.

My partner and I were very happy with our stay! The location is perfect- it's walking distance to a ton of food, shops, beach, other attractions. The parking in front can get crowded but luckily there is a parking garage very close as well. The place itself is small and cozy- perfect for couples! The floor plan is very open. The kitchen/small dining room are open to the bedroom, although there is a sort of barn door for a bit of privacy, if needed. Past the bedroom is the living room with my favorite part- a huge sliding door that opens to sounds of the ocean! It's across a semi-busy street, though, so sometimes you get car noise too but I didn't notice or mind. The birds also wake you up pretty early here which I thought was really cute and fun.
