Beautifully renovated 2 bed 2 bath spacious 1550 sq ft unit with ocean and golf course views located in the Kaanapali Royal resort--great parking in a gated community just above famous Kaanapali Beach and whalers village..sitting on our front landing we enjoy the morning sun and an ocean view to the south where you can see the cruise ship in Lahaina harbour..out the back..on the giant main lanai we have a nice ocean view to the west where you see Sheraton Black Rock,the beautiful ocean and the island of Molokai...to the east and northeast we see holes 3 and 15 of the Kaanapali royal golf course as well as # 10 and 14 of the Kaanapali Kai course. The clubhouse for both courses is a short walk from our condo....Enjoy your private bbq grill and outdoor bar on our huge lanai--or we also have really nice community grills poolside if you prefer to have a pool party--we stay in this unit with our own kids so we have it packed with everything you need to enjoy your time-from spike-ball...bocce ball..tennis equip-pickle ball equip..sand toys..snorkel gear..beach chairs with coolers..beach umbrellas.coolers..floatie tubes... And all the toys.. to the super well stocked custom kitchen..including blenders..coffee grinder..rice cooker..electric kettle..hand mixer..French fry cutter...good supply of spices etc....and all the utensils and accessories you would need to live year around. We just added a brand new fridge with a super fast ice maker to keep your drinks and cooler cold and also added a new extra capacity hot water heater..( you won't run out )...Full size washer and dryer...We have two queen sofa sleepers for extra guests...central air conditioning..-2 smart tvs..with Netflix..hulu--you tube access...free high speed wifi..--great pool and hot tub-- tennis courts with pickleball lines and a basketball half court --and whalers village just a 10 minute walk-or hop on the free old style trolley if you prefer( its a neat ride that runs all throughout the Kaanapali area)--Easy walking distance to main Kaanapali beach--or if you prefer more on the quiet side..there is a much more private beach within easy walking distance and over 20 beaches within a very short drive..I can make a list if you like..Everything is here for you to enjoy---------------tax id # TA/GE...062-085-9392-01.

Our overall booking process with VRBO and Stacy was excellent. The condo is really close to everything and had a lot of goodies left behind for cooking meals. We had some small issues, but Stacy was right on it. You can communicate with her and she will help you out right away. We had 5 adults and 2 teens so plenty of room, we were able to use the blow up beds for teens upstairs. This condo is on the top floor so no noise above us. Plenty of beach towels provided, thanks for having us.

This property at Kaanapali where we stayed was overall the best in terms of location, ease of commute, cleanliness, communication with the host before and during check in and most of all the price. We were two families with three kids and we loved the stay especially due to its proximity to the Whalers village. I would surely recommend the place to a large family or a party of two small families. The kitchen was well equipped, there is a BBQ grill outside if you need, and the hosts have also left beach chairs and sand toys play things for our use. The aesthetics of the house go so well with the place, very nicely done by the host. Overall a 5/5.

We had a wonderful time staying here! This spacious condo was exactly what we wanted. It was well-stocked with basic supplies. It had plenty of space for the five of us. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, and we love the "wall of windows" leading out to the lanai. The location was perfect for our time on Maui.

Great location and beautiful clean condo. Big and comfortable and everything we needed and more. Great pool and pickleball!! The owner was really easy to reach anytime we needed and even gave us some local secrets when we asked for a recommendation. So grateful to be able to stay here. Will be back ASAP !!!!

The accommodation had everything you need for a family to cook, or a day at the beach. Not as nice as pictures, half the plug ins didn’t work. Could be cleaner. Cleaning rags from previous week left out in random places. The owner is nice but I wouldn’t rent through these places again, feel like the price was huge and I was disappointed in accommodations. It’s been 20 years since I was in Maui and I wasn’t happy with the condo.

Lovely large & well appointed unit, we were totally at home in this spacious beautiful unit with a great view over the golf course to the ocean.
Within walking distance of 2 shopping centres & the beachfront.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend staying here!

Kaanapali Royal is a great location and close to many amenities. The condo is well appointed with beach gear and the kitchen had lots of goodies left behind (then we left some more wine etc!). Close to Whalers Village, great walking paths and restaurants. Highly recommend “Macadangdang” in the little mall beside the complex. Amazing! And the island vintage coffee at Whalers has amazing smoothie bowls. Nice big condo with two lanais. Owner Stacy was great and very quick on communication

This place has literally everything u will need for a your stay in Maui! Great AC, washer and dryer, lots of beach amenities including a cooler, a beach cart to roll out all your crap to the beach, tons of beach toys, tennis racquets, beach chairs….
It’s great for two small families one room upstairs with a fabulous king size bed that I found really comfy and a great sized bathroom with plenty of extra amenities. Oh and for those of u who like a shower head that detaches bothers of them do here!!!
If u are looking for a 2 bedroom u can stop now! Stacy is also the best host ever! She responded immediately to every message I sent within minutes!!!
Thank you so much Stacy we truly enjoyed this place and hope to come and stay again! The large deck we enjoyed every morning for breakfast and my son loved to start his day out there coloring and face timing his grandma!

We had a great 8 night stay in this condo. Stacy was excellent at replying quickly if I had any questions. The condo was very clean on checkin and the pictures don’t do it justice. The location is perfect, a short walk to Whalers Village shops and restaurants or snorkeling at Black Rock. We had all the basic supplies available to us and didn’t have to buy paper towels, detergent, TP etc. Even the pantry had plenty of things available. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grills on the property and the grounds were always kept very clean. Thank you Stacy 😊

I’ve done a decent amount of traveling and this has been one of the best rentals I’ve had by far for MANY reasons. First off, STACY! The best customer service, always available, quick, kind, helpful… I can not thank them enough! Then, the rental! It’s beautiful with literally everything you could possibly need. From the simplest of things like snorkels or sunscreen to things we didn’t think we’d have access to like a blender! The location is PERFECT. It’s a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach, whalers village, and the restaurants/resorts. It’s a 10 minute drive to Front Street. Seriously, JUST RENT IT! Best decision we made!!

Location is centralized to eats and things to do. Surrounding area is beautiful. Kaanapali Beach is about 12-15 minutes walking distance or you can catch the free trolly at a neighboring shopping strip. Condo has everything you might need plus!!! Clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
