It is across the street from sunset beach and the address is on Kam Hwy. The house is not directly on the highway and sits back away from the road so you hear no road noise. (Cottage is on large parcel with main house and is rented separately from the main house-see listing 933050 for the main house). Cottage has all of it's own amenities, including washer/dryer and parking-only thing shared is the driveway! Has a queen bed in the loft. Not suitable for any more than 2 adults. Kitchen has all necessities EXCEPT an oven. Has propane grill on the lanai. Fully furnished with all linens, including beach towels and wifi!
