This lovely resort also offers two free play tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, putting green, croquet, an exercise room, BBQ grills, etc. Shopping and restaurants are just ten minutes walking distance away. Championship golf courts within a few minutes drive. Watch the sun rise over Haleakala Crater and set in the beautiful blue Pacific.
Our spacious two-bedroom oceanfront unit has 939 sq. ft. enclosed plus a beautiful 150 sq. ft. lanai (perfect for breakfast or lunch) overlooking the ocean. The unit also features two bathrooms both with walk in showers.
Complete stainless kitchen includes: electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as dishware, glassware, silverware, pot & pans, cutlery, etc. This kitchen has been completely upgraded featuring granite counter tops.
Unit is decorated with mirrors and lovely paintings by local artists.
Free wireless internet is in the unit. There is air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms as well as ceiling fans. Entertainment includes a TV in the living room and in each bedroom.
Our two-bedroom unit has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.
All towels and linens are provided including beach towels. Complete laundry facilities in condo include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and we provide laundry soap. There is also a hair dryer in unit.

Our stay was amazing. The owner is on top of the vacation game. The condo was well maintained and equipped. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The unit came with plenty of beach essentials. The area is great for sight seeing and water sports.

The location is great - close to everything. The grounds are immaculate and so many things to do. The pool and hot tub are large, bbqs are clean and the tiki torches lighting the pool and bbqs are a really nice touch. The condo is spacious, very comfortable and clean. Boogie boards and beach chairs, coolers, etc. were great. The best part is the huge lanai with a view of the ocean - we ate dinner outside every night. The property manager was also super responsive and helpful.

Beach was beautiful but only good for wind surfing as too windy & had many rocks. Luckily its only 7 minutes away from other swimmable beaches. Close to everything!!

We had a great time at the Maui sunset. The host, Terry, was always quick at answered questions and very helpful. We found the condo was clean and very accommodating for our family. The location and view of the beach and sunset were great. The condo has plenty of amenities as does the Maui sunset (pool, bbq, tennis, park). It’s also well located in Kihei close to all services. We really enjoyed your stay at the condo and would definitely come back. Thanks again Terry.

This is a great place. Photos don't really give you as good of a feel for the grounds. Incredible view, fantastic grounds with all kinds of activities and pool/spa. Inside, the condo is great. Well stocked with everything you need for a beach, and in the kitchen. AC works great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed on 3 of the islands and this was our favorite VRBO rental of the 3 we stayed at.
It had everything we needed and an awesome view. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the view even more. Thanks so much for sharing your place!

We really enjoyed our stay here at the property and the conveniences that it offered. There are multiple shopping centers and dining areas within walking distance or even 2 to 3 miles. About 25 minutes to the airport in one direction and 25 minutes the other direction to Lahaina. The beach is literally one minute walk from the room with amazing views. The communication was great and the condo was very clean and thoughtfully planned. I loved the cushy carpet...There are multiple immenities and leftover products from previous guests that make staying here feel like home and also reduce the cost of extra expenses. A good amount of space for multiple people.
The reason for the 4 star experience was more related to the upkeep of the outside of the property. Once we arrived the actual outside of the property is pretty dated and could use a coat of paint. Also there is a rodent and roach issue with multiple droppings in front of doorways and down hallways. This is very concerning!
Also the 2 single beds were very uncomfortable. The main bed and the pull out couch were perfect.

We are glad we found this rental, it met our needs accommodating 5 adults. We loved the large lanai and view. My brother and SIL had the twin beds and they were not comfortable. The sofa sleeper and king bed were great. The property manager addressed a few issues asap. Very nice complex and nice people there. If you want five star this is not that but it is a good value and quite comfortable.
