This Hawaiian theme studio is a permitted short term rental unit located a short block from world famous Kailua Bay. Less than two miles to charming Kailua Town with boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries. Whole Foods, Japan Express and much more.
Our accommodation has all the modern comfort features such as Split System A/C, 42” TV, Washer/Dryer, Apartment Size Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, and Microwave. Super Comfortable King Size Bed with memory foam topper. Extremely Clean (Our crew launders the pillows between each rental). Beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards are provided. The unit has a private yard with patio table, umbrella, and a gas grill. We work hard to think of all the details to make your stay wonderful and comfortable. Our stay was very comfortable and safe. Andrea met us when we arrived and gave us the keys and showed us the unit. The unit was very well equipped with everything we would need for a beach outing - great folding chairs, bags, boogie boards, snorkels. The bed and recliners were very comfortable. The walk to the beach took about five minutes. I would stay here again and again.

A very clean and comfy suite, it has everything you need. easy beach access, Very comfy reclining chairs to relax in. very comfy bed and well stocked kitchenette with a washer and dryer. Everything was as advertised. We were at the beautiful beach most of the time and had a car to do daily excursions which worked out very well for us We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again.

Close to the beach and has everything you need for a short stay. There is even a little backyard with a table and chairs for sitting out in the evening. Owners are very nice

Andrea offers a very clean safe location and supplies a great selection of items from shampoo to coffee to boogie boards and beach chairs.
Great little private back yard with bbq and table and chairs.
Washer/dryer a huge plus
They big ticket for us only 5 minute walk to what we think is the best beach on the island
Good tv reception but how gos to Oahu to watch tv

This was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. It’s about a four minute walk to the sand of the most beautiful beach in the world. It has everything you need, simplicity at it’s finest. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful place.

We have stayed here a few times and as usual everything was wonderful and Andrea is a great host.
It is very peaceful and the beach is beautiful. Love the gift of coffee & chocolates. Having beach chairs & boogie boards & laundry is nice. We rented bikes for a week and enjoyed biking to places.
