Cozy and clean second floor studio with ocean view and a full kitchen. California king bed and queen sleeper sofa. Free wifi 5g. We are on the second/top floor with the vaulted ceiling, so you won't be bothered by noise because no one is above you; with a/c and ceiling fan as well. Beach gear, with a huge pool, hot tub and tennis court within the complex. Clean and good size laundry facility as well. Beach town dining and shopping just down the road, and 10 miles from Kahului for major chain store shopping. There is a view of the fishpond, windmills and whale sanctuary. Kihei road is busy during the day. Public transportation is nearby for those who prefer not to drive. There playgrounds and beaches nearby to enjoy, as well as an outdoor rollerskating rink, and the Kealia Pond national wildlife refuge. So many things to do in beautiful Kihei, all nearby for your pleasure.
We have cookware, hair dryer, utensils, dishes, cups, a steam iron, toaster, coffee maker, beach gear, DVD player, tv, cable, internet, blankets, pillows, bath and beach towels, and a security screen door so that now you can open the entry door and allow the wonderful maui breeze to flow through all day and night.

Liked the location, very central to all the island. Was able to visit all parts of Maui by taking day trips to different locations and used Condo in Kihei as home base. Beach across the street was a big plus as well.

Listing hosts advertised unit as having air conditioning. There was no working AC unit. The vent from the window. Anything could fly inside the apartment. It felt like a hot sauna in the room. Very uncomfortable.

I’ll start with the positives about this studio condo stay… its location across from North Kihei beaches is the best thing about this stay. The condo is clean and includes the basic beach outing (chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler) and cooking supplies (kitchen and outdoor grilling). It has cable TV and good WiFi service. There is an onsite laundry facility, bbq grills, pool, tennis court. The negatives are… the room AC unit does not work and the small fan provided is noisy. If you leave the balcony door open, the street noise directly in front of the condo is loud all day/night long. The ceiling fan works, but does not cool entire room well enough. I left the front door and balcony door open when temperature inside became unbearable - for better cross flow. I directed box fan at bed to stay cool at night. This side of beach has high winds daily after 4pm, so beach sand is constantly blowing into condo from open balcony door. I managed to enjoy my stay, but would not have rented this condo if I had known that the AC unit did not work at all and I’d have to leave front and balcony doors open to stay cool. The front door does have a lockable iron gate on it. In summary, if you are fine with knowing these derails, this condo rental is a good value.

We just needed a quick cheap stay for our two day island hop. It was in a safe neighborhood that was close to shops, restaurants and the beach plus free parking. The hot tub is a great plus! On the downsides the bathroom smelled and the tub drained very slow when taking a shower. The shower head couldn’t be moved and the water pressure was poor. We wanted to use the provided cooler but when we went to put our items in it stinked horribly so we just went and bought our own cooler bag. Lastly, the floors were very dirty we had to walk around with socks on since we entered the property. We don’t walk past the door with our shoes even at home so this was very disappointing. Great location and stay for a very short trip if you only need a bed to sleep.

This condo had a great location, comfortable king sized bed and all the basics. The only drawback was that it was a little worn and pillows were not comfortable. Great value.

our stay was less than ideal
pros: location, parking, pool, hot tub, grills, indoor furniture was comfortable, bed was comfortable, air conditioner did work well, fans were nice.
cons: outdoor furniture barely usable, wicker is falling apart needs to be replaced, screen patio door not usable, needs to be replaced, air conditioning put together with duc tape. There were absolute no glasses provided, only small kid's cheap plastic assorted cups, absolutely no bowls, had to eat cereal out of a coffee mug, poor lighting especially for reading or playing a game, on island manager did not get back to use for a full day when we couldn't find the parking sticker (we did find it so it wasn't a problem)

Small and quaint condo, but amazing location especially for the price! Minor maintenance issue when we were there, owner and property manager were great getting everything taken care of. Book this property and enjoy the beach right across the street.

Clean apartment, good mattress, small but functional kitchen. Balcony with ocean view also gets a fair amount of traffic noise, but this part of South Kihei Road isn’t particularly crowded. Lots of beach toys included. Air conditioning wasn’t very effective, but in January this wasn’t a problem. We would use this place again.

The apartment was very run down. Looks like they took the furniture from Gramma’s attic. Almost no lighting. Two very tiny lamps. Bathroom had old wooden toilet seat that had paint scrapped off of it. Outside wicker table had wicker all broken. Also lanai faced street so it was somewhat noisy at night. The curtain did not shut well enough to block outside light.

Me and my wife loved this apt
It was so cozy
We spent most of the time out of the apt and would only sleep and come back to sleep and to get ready
But we sat on balcony and watch Maui go by
The pool and hot tub was great
The owner was communicative
And also suggested places to go.
We didn't used kitchen but we kept cold drinks in fridge
Anthony also had all the beach gear we needed
Chairs etc..
And the bed was the one of the best beds I slept on as well so awesome
I welcome anyone to come to this apt.
