Beautiful second home of kama'aina family right next to Mauna Lani's white sand beaches with access to a pool, spa, and grill area that face the ocean. The one bedroom penthouse villa, K302, provides utmost privacy and beauty with spectacular pond, ocean, and sunset views.

This third floor corner unit is in Building K and away from the other buildings, the pool area, and the adjacent hotel; making it extremely quiet, tranquil, and peaceful. It overlooks historic royal fishponds that will remind you of old Hawaii. You can see the ocean over the ponds and the beach is just steps away. Snorkeling here is regarded as some of the best on the Island with live coral, colorful reef fish, and protected green sea turtles.

The exquisitely appointed villa is 1,150 sq. ft. with an additional 330 sq. ft. lanai that opens to both the Living Room and the Bed Room. You can enjoy ocean breezes, watch fish jump in the ponds, and see amazing sunsets. The unit is very spacious with a 24' vaulted ceiling, floor to ceiling mahogany shutters, and is carpeted throughout. It comes with a king bed, two luxurious bathrooms, and a lovely kitchen that gets the morning sun.

Mauna Lani Terrace condos are next door to the Auberge Hotel which is rated as the best resort on the Big Island. Guests can just walk to the hotel's conveniences; to the homeowner's beach; and to the highly rated Napua restaurant. In addition, there are several shops, restaurants, and a Foodland grocery store nearby. The 5-star resort also has two famous 18-hole golf courses, historic hiking trails, and a world class Fitness Club with tennis, pickleball, lap pool, spa, and gym facilities.

The villa is available for two adults provided they do not need to quarantine. Minimum stay is 5 nights and there are no additional fees for cleaning or other surprise charges. The unit is accessed by outside stairs, is strictly non-smoking, and no children or pets are allowed. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to recover any non-refundable cancellation charges.
