All the comforts of home here in this direct oceanfront condo in the Village of Ma'alaea. Split a/c system so you're cool no matter where you are....even the guest bedroom! You can't get any closer to the water. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the 4th floor for a maximum panoramic view. Located on a dead-end street with about 7-small condo buildings on it. At one end is a 5-mile sandy beach, the longest walking beach on Maui, Sugar Beach and at the other end, a small harbor with restaurants and shops.

We loved the condo and the area. The condo was well-equipped for all we needed with a view to rival all. Barbara was great communicating and updating us. The harbor was good for our Celestial Sunset tour and two good restaurants—Seascapes (fantastic meals but only open from 11-3 with two days for luaus at night—friendly, competent servers, specials were the best) and Tantes. Pacific Whale Foundation has offices there along with the aquarium. We’d go back without a doubt!

The condo was well furnished and had a beautiful view. I only slept in the master bedroom and the bed was quite comfortable. Decorations were very nice. Great place to stay.

The view from the condo is unbelievable. The condo itself is very comfortable and within easy walking distance to several good restaurants in Ma’alaea. The location also makes it an easy drive to other parts of the island. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had stayed longer!

Would definitely stay here again! Nice view watching the sunrise and beautiful grounds. Great central location. Condo was very nice and equipped with all we needed. We even had a little ‘housewarming’ gift in the fridge upon arrival from Barbara! Not that we watched a lot of tv but the number of channels they had wsnmore than I have even seen in a VRBO or even a hotel (especially sports channels - college networks from all over the country).

The condo is quite dated, and if you’re traveling with 2 couples, be prepared to sleep single in twins beds in the second bedroom! Otherwise, it met our needs.

This condo was in the perfect location to explore Maui. The amenities provided were top notch. We had everything we needed for the kitchen AND the beach! Barbara was so helpful before and during our visit. The pool at the condo was perfect for our son to play at the end of the day after exploring the island. Turtles every day right outside the condo. Easy parking. Quiet building. We definitely recommend staying here to anyone!
