The condo is on the ground floor, making the beach and pool easily accessible. Just steps away from the ocean, our guests can enjoy any beach activity, including swimming, fishing, surfing, or snorkeling.
For the golfer in the family, one of the most beautiful public golf courses in Hawaii, Wailua Golf Course, is just a couple of miles down the road. And for the outdoors person, there is kayaking the Wailua River and hiking to the beautiful Opaekaa Falls.
Exceptional restaurants and the Coconut Marketplace are within walking distance. Enjoy some island shopping and biweekly local farmers market.

The condo has a fantastic beach view, beautiful landscaping, and soft grass between the two lanais and the beach about 30 steps away. The condo itself is very comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen to make a good meal. There are many shops and a good restaurant (Lava Lava Beach Club) within a very short walk along the beach. I highly recommend this condo!

What a beautiful property with serene setting. It’s just footsteps from the beach. The unit was well equipped and updated. Two lanais we’re a nice bonus. The owner responds quickly to messages. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice resort and out of the five buildings this is by far the best one for privacy and view. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Excellent location with many things to do and walking distances to eat and shop. The only issue was lack of AC made the evenings very uncomfortable.

Property was even better than the description and pictures! Beautiful, clean, quiet, and well-maintained unit and complex. Everything we could have needed was on hand and we made great use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and soft side cooler!
The views from this unit were unbeatable. It was like waking up in a dream each morning!! The beach was so scenic and quiet; at times it felt like our own private beach!
Centrally located just south of Kapaa town with great coffee (Aloha Roastery, Java Kai), & shave ice (Wailua Shave Ice) options nearby. Be sure to walk along the beach to Lava Lava for happy hour!
We stayed at the end of August and it was pretty hot most days. The unit does have ceiling fans and 2 portable floor fans. Even with the doors & windows open, the bedrooms got VERY hot. A small A/C unit would make this unit absolute perfection! I did not take off any stars for this because most accommodations in HI don’t have A/C and it was not listed as an amenity.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Wow, did this place ever exceed our expectations! The view from the living area just can’t be beat. And what a treat to walk right out to the beach or just hang out in the lanai to enjoy the view.
We appreciated how thoughtful the host was, with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We used the chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards with great success. (We purchased our own snorkel gear at Costco because we couldn’t get the provided ones to fit our faces well.) There were even a couple coolers, which were so useful for day trips. The kitchen was well equipped with good stuff (unlike some places that stock it with old, broken down gear) and had everything we needed. We did lots of cooking!
The beds were super comfy and we slept great except when the local nocturnal birds camped out in front of our bedroom window and sounded like they were moaning/dying. We just slept in to make up for the interrupted sleep, so it was no big deal.
We thought the location couldn’t be beat, despite the fact that it seems like most tourists stay near Poipu or Princeville. It was near to everything, including restaurants and shopping. We loved how close the Coconut Marketplace was for the Island Market, JoJo’s shave ice, and food options. We booked a tour with Rainbow Kayak Tours and we’re excited to see it was a 5 minute walk to get there. Oh, and had a great birthday dinner at Lava Lava Beach Club next door, with great food and live music.
I could go on and on with how much we loved this condo and Kauai. I’ll just say we will definitely be back!!
