We continually upgrade our ocean-view condo to keep it fresh, contemporary, and full of all of the comfort and conveniences our guests desire. Our recent renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms gives the condo a clean, modern look. And our latest upgrade is a new Beautyrest King bed!
This bright & airy condo has a tropical contemporary style and has been fully renovated. You will live in comfort with a 50" flatscreen Smart TV (with cable) in the living room, a Smart TV in the bedroom, a modern sleeper sofa with queen-size Italian memory foam mattress, new carpet, and split A/C. Amenities include cable, cordless phone, full-size washer/dryer, and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances and utensils you need to cook at 'home' - including dishwasher, range/stove, and microwave. Wireless internet is complimentary in the condo and throughout the property. Bedding, bath towels, and beach accessories (beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc.) are provided.
Enjoy the luxury of 2 full bathrooms, with a combination tub/shower in the master bath. The bedroom has a new King bed, and the living room has a new sleeper sofa. Both rooms open onto the lanai, which runs the length of the unit - a perfect place to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a cocktail.
The Maui Banyan's eight acres of manicured grounds include two swimming pool areas, each with a hot tub and several gas BBQ grills. Tennis courts are also available.

Our condo is located on the third floor of the H building in the Maui Banyan complex, on the north-facing (cooler) side. This unit was VERY well stocked! Perfect place to stay for our family of 4. Listing was just as described. Great beaches right across the street and shops and more beaches a short walk or car ride away. Would love to stay again if we return to Maui. Thank you for such a great unit.

This condo was awesome! The kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything you could ever need. There is even have a beach umbrella and beach chairs. We left a sand mat and a couple of floaties for the next guests to enjoy! You couldn’t ask for a more perfect location right across the street from beaches and close to many restaurants and shops. We had a lovely, relaxing time and will definitely be back!

The condo location was perfect just in front of Kamaole beach II. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. It was also very great to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and body board. Having 2 bathrooms was also very useful with teenagers. We had a wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maui Banyan H308! Great quiet location just off the Main Street but a super short walk to the beach. Very comfy for our family of 4. We appreciated the access to a new beach umbrella, beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. Washer and dryer was a bonus as well. We will come back when we are in Kihei in the future!

Loved this condo right in the middle of everything. Stayed with friends and we loved walking to get coffee in the morning, or to the food trucks for lunch or dinner! The beach right across the street is beautiful. But there are many other beaches close by. Loved having beach chairs to use. We thought this was the perfect place in the perfect location.

Absolutely loved our stay at your wonderful condo. So many great touches, the comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, loads of kitchen utensils, cutlery, beach chairs and umbrella. So close to the beach and loved having 2 bathrooms. I will book again when next travelling to Maui.

We Had A Wonderful Maui Vaca!! This was what we needed! Anthony and Julie were great in every way, very workable and communicative. I hate to give them a 4 Star Review, but because this is all about people knowing what to expect, the bed is really...just awful. It is so soft that you sink into it, and I think it is a double and not a queen. We ended up taking the small mattress from the sofa bed and sleeping on the floor.
Everything else is Great! The condo is stocked with great kitchen dishes, pans, everything. We Loved having two nice sized bathrooms. The location is right across from a great beach. If the bed issue got resolved, we would definitely stay here again.
