A tile project on the lower lobby / resort lanai. The work will occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with noisier activities starting after 8:30 AM. Stone and tile installation from 10/21 - 12/23. As the work progresses any noise will become less intermittently.
Rest assured, the rest of this beautiful resort and its amenities will not be impacted.
Due to the project, we've adjusted our rates to offer you a unique opportunity to stay at a luxury Wailea resort at a discounted rate through these fall months.
Our home is a spacious 1980 square foot, 2 bedroom/2 bath Wailea Beach Villa with a den that functions as a third bedroom. Located directly above the upper pool with a spectacular garden and pool view, this spectacular unit offers a generous slice of ocean as well. Furnished in elegant Island Style, the feeling is serene and sophisticated. The tropical motif is accentuated with a touch of Asia. Mornings can be spent on your private lanai, watching the many dive boats arrive at Molokini in the distance. The adult pool is located right next to the beach - the family pool is near our unit. Our unit is approx. 800 feet from the beach, down the path past ponds and waterfalls - or, ask the concierge for a ride in the golf cart.
We have hand sanitizer dispensers within the unit and have added HEPA filter/air cleaners to run in-between guest stays. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned.

Sports fans and media fans will appreciate the 65 inch flat-screen in the great room as well as large TVs in both bedrooms. We offer a complete gourmet kitchen and gas barbecue. Luxury outings are much more affordable when you can serve breakfast and lunch on the beautiful lanai and save money for dinners at any of the wonderful restaurants nearby. Private chef and shopping service is available on request.
K107 has a master suite with sumptuous king bed and large flat-screen TV, a soaking tub in the spacious bath, and a walk-in closet with safe. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, large TV and second bath. The bed and bath can be sectioned off into a private suite. Beautiful penthouse condo!! Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. The property is beautiful. This unit is by the family pool, but we spent most of our time at the adult pool overlooking the beach…just a short walk with beautiful landscaping along the way. Loved the paved path along the oceanfront for morning runs!! We would definitely book this unit again!!

The condo was lovely and well furnished! We had two refrigerators which was very nice as well as a lot of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and many dishes and glasses. The bathrooms had multiple sets of towels too. The owner’s assistant, Elis, was very responsive to our questions and requests. The 800 foot walk to the beach appeared to be much longer and its was all downhill. I did have the front desk give us a ride to the adult pool and beach on a few occasions. All the people at front desk were very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. A very nice place!
