The condo is located in Wailea Ekahi Village, a wonderful 35-acre beachfront complex with amazing tropical gardens throughout. It is in the northern part of Wailea and is walking distance to all the major Wailea resorts and the Shops at Wailea. The world-class Keawakapu Beach is a 5 minute walk through the Village grounds to your private beach entrance. The Village has a fantastic beachside pool and brand new pavilion that is equipped with a full kitchen and BBQ grills. There are also three smaller pools in the Village, including one only steps away from this unit.

We came with our family for a week and had a good experience. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Overall the place was nice and well stocked with everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a stock list of the beach items in the closet so that we knew there was snorkeling gear and boogie boards in advance. The dishwasher had a funky smell so likely needs to be sanitized so we just didn’t use it.

My husband and I enjoyed our 8 night stay in this condo that had everything we needed for day trips, beach and pool days. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo felt comfortable and very clean. The view on the deck was enjoyable all day long as you look over a pool, beautiful flowers & trees and ocean in the distance. We caught some great sunsets right there!

This condo is nicely furnished, well stocked, and has amazing views. It’s about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the main pool and beach. This was our second stay and we can’t wait to come back!

This listing is a must! The view from the lanai is beautiful and a quick 10 min walk to the pool/beach access area. We felt very safe in this community. We found Wailea to be the best area to stay on the island, as you're a quick 5-10 min drive to various hotels with their speciality restaurants along the water, Wailea shops (outdoor mall), and grocery store (Safeway). It's walkable distance to the 2 mile walk giving you a beautiful view of the shoreline, especially at sunset! The bed is very comfortable, one of the reasons why we chose it for the sleep number bed. Tim has many amenities to use like the beach chairs, beach cooler/ice packs, beach bag, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, etc which were very convenient when trying to pack light! The kitchen is stocked for meal prepping if desired as well. You will not be disappointed when choosing this location for your vacation! Thank you Tim, we had a wonderful vacation!

Had a blast in Maui, a big part of which was the fantastic condo. Well equipped, clean, centrally located and close to the beach, tennis courts and restaurants!

We had a wonderful experience. Tim’s place is in a great condo community with many pools and beach access. The condo is well stocked with boogies boards, chairs, and snorkeling gear. The only bummer was the construction noise across the street that starts around 7am.

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Lots of supplies and water equipment. For older folks or those with young kids, the condo is up on the hill and takes 5-8 minutes to trek back up after the beach and pavilion. Some road noise as it is close to the street and some construction across the street. Easy parking and great location. Overall, I would love to stay again. Thank you Tim!

Tim was the perfect host and his property was fantastic. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Whether you decide on a short walk or drive to one of the best beaches on the island or indulge in hanging out poolside, this is the place to be. It was like staying at your own private resort in a prime location on the island. I recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and stress free vacation.

Tim is the most incredible host. He is an awesome communicator, prompt, thorough, and clear. He exudes professionalism and friendliness. We felt like we were being hosted by an old friend, we felt well looked after. His condo fit our family of four (two kids 6, 9) comfortably. We loved the views from the lanai! Others mention the road noise, and while it exists, it did not bother us, especially with the a/c or fan on. His place is stocked with all the fun beach/pool toys you could ever need! The walk to the nearest pool is under a minute and it’s about 5 to the beach. Pro tip- another family with kids mentioned in the past they just drove to the beach with kids and parked in the lower lot. We didn’t need to because we like to walk and kids are used to walking places with us, but if walking travel with your crew is more challenging there are workarounds. Ekahi is a dream, we would come back in a heartbeat!

This unit is one of the units closest to traffic. Wailea Alanui Drive is a very busy street, noise can be heard throughout the unit, especially in bedroom. From bedroom lanai, traffic can be seen and heard. If a car or motorcycle goes by with modified exhaust, vibration can be felt. Pedestrian’s conversation can be heard clearly. At night, moving headlights can be seen from bedroom. With glass sliding door closed, curtain drawn and air conditioning’s compressor on, traffic can still be heard. Wailea Alanui Drive traffic is 24/7, unlike construction below and across street.
Host offered charging only nights spent. Unfortunately alternative good accommodation cannot be found with no advance notice in high season.
This unit is one of the units furthest from beach.
Living room lanai is the best part of this unit. It has good ocean view, fairly private and nice breeze most of the times.
Internet is fast and host responses very quickly.
