Welcome to our high floor corner unit with an amazing view. It is what you expect from the pictures and the discription but only better. These are the words from our guests so to be belived. This unit had kitchen and bathrooms recently renovated as well as the main area floor. The condo itself is tastefully decorated and comes with all of the creature comforts of home. It is a one bedroom corner unit, with a king size bed, writing table, wall mounted TV, large walk-in closet with an en suite bathroom. Additional sleeping (queen sized bed) is provided by a new soft leather pull out couch located in the living room with a half bath in the main living space.
Our linen and towels are high quality that are sure to enhance your comfort.
The unit has its own washer and dryer, dishwasher, and 2 separate air conditioning units. Home cooking is a vital part of our life and as such, we have made sure to stock the kitchen just like back home, with ample knives, cutting boards, quality pots and pans, salad spinners, bakeware, cookware etc. While cooking your supper after a long day on the beach, enjoy the sounds of the ocean while enjoying the fabulous view. With our luxurious high top table and chairs on the lanai, enjoy your dinner while watching the beautiful sunset. This is also a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast, and a great place to count the number of turtles surfacing in the bay. If you wish to watch the sunrise, simply head out to the walkway on the other side of building (immediately out the front door of the unit) and watch the sunrise over the Makaha Valley Mountains. The unit comes complete with big screen smart TV, cable and free upgraded wifi and an additional smart TV in the bedroom. You won't be disappointed!
LOCATION:
This property is on the west coast of Oahu in Wai'anae, away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. The weather is less humid, less rainy and has more sunshine than other parts of the island. This weather lends itself to some of the clearest, cleanest waters on the island of Oahu.
This CORNER unit is located on a higher floor of the Hawaiian Princess condo building and overlooks a deserted 1 km stretch of breathtaking beach on Lahilahi point (turtle point). Our condominium is one of only a few buildings that are built right on the beach with the Pacific Ocean right off the door stop of the building. It is "Oahu's Best Kept Secret" as most travellers and many locals are not familiar with this spectacular beach. Once there many guests become repeat travellers to our condo.
LOCAL AND COMMON AMENITIES:
There is always room on the nearly deserted beach, a beach which words can do no justice (see attached pictures). The area is great for snorkeling (lots of fish, turtles, and more), swimming, or just playing around in the waves. My family and I travel a lot, and this property was just perfect... absolutely stocked to the max with everything you could possibly want or need. Im pretty picky and there wasnt a thing missing. The unit is GORGEOUS and the views are just off the charts. The fact its an end unit with the wrap around deck is a huge bonus. The beach below was very quiet, an incredible place to watch the sunset and to play in the water. We had a blast. The complex is pleasant and offers a nice pool, hot tub, rec area and place to fire up a grill. The complex is also located near a number of other great beaches that we drove to, as well as groceries or anything else you might need. The owner's communication was outstanding. I highly recommend this unit if you are staying in this area.
Ive seen a few comments about homelessness and felt a need to address it... we travel a ton, and this is an unfortunate nationwide problem in expensive resort communities with larger populations. My advice is have compassion and know this building is gated... we felt 100% safe and secure when on the complex grounds, and again would highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful unit with incredible views and easy, private beach access.

My friend and co-worker and I extended our visit on Oahu after a conference, and spent three nights at this beautiful condo. The highlight was definitely the sunset views from the lovely wrap around patio, and nearly empty beach. The condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The master bed was ridiculously comfortable, and my friend slept well on the pull out sofa. Check in and out was super easy, and great communication with the owners. Keep in mind the location is quite far from many of the common tourist attractions on Oahu (Polynesian Cultural Center and Kualoa Ranch, the two excursions we took), but one of our favorite things ended up being those long road trips around the island. You are definitely away from the busy tourist areas near Waikiki, so that's a bonus! Our stay in this condo was a great end to an amazing vacation! Thanks to the wonderful hosts!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brenda's condo. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, and well stocked with everything you could need. The location is breath taking, with views of the ocean, gorgeous beach, and mountains out every window. The beach is uncrowded and literally at your doorstep (once you ride down the elevator.) All of the bldg staff were friendly and helpful.
Brenda was extremely responsive to my many queries before and during our trip. Excellent communication.
We had such a lovely time, we actually tried to extend our trip, but the condo was already booked. We can't wait to return! Thank you, Brenda!

When I go to Hawaii my musts for a rental are ocean front, a short walk to (hopefully) a white sand beach, waves to put me to sleep at night, and a beautiful sunset view. This condo had all of this and more. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, the big TV so my husband could watch his Kansas City Chiefs football game, and all the beach accessories you could want. The beach itself was never crowded and very quiet.
The description of the condo on VRBO was spot on. The staff at the Princess were welcoming, with a very easy check in. Brenda communicated well throughout our stay.
We know that this beach front condo with all of its amenities is an exceptional value!! We would certainly return.

Everything about this stay was great! The check in process was easy. The security and cleaning crew were beyond friendly. The neighborhood was poor but we didn’t have any problem with criminal activity and the security was very good at the condos. The view was awesome, just like advertised. The beach was nice, not crowded at all. We would stay again if we ever get a chance to return to Oahu.
