Both beds in each bedroom are Westin Heavenly beds!! Upgraded condo, very clean, large living room with plenty of entertaining area. Open floor plan with kitchen overlooking living room. Washer and dryer in unit, Queen size beds in both bedrooms, sitting area in master bedroom. Pull out queen size bed in living room couch, very comfortable bed top. Balcony has 2 lifeguard chairs that provide great comfortable views of the crashing surf and expansive 180 degree ocean views!...

I don’t think a few words will sum up our stay at Bill’s spectacular oceanfront condo. You will want for nothing while you stay here. The location is 5-10 minutes away from everything in Princeville and Hanalei bay. It was truly the perfect place for our stay. The waves were mesmerizing to watch and fall asleep to. Thank you for everything Bill. We will back next year around the same time.

My son and I stayed in Bill‘s condo last summer and had such a fantastic time, we decided to come back with the rest of the family this year! Most people who have been to Kauai before would agree that Princeville/Hanalei is really the place to be on the garden island! Just unparalleled beauty and super chill. BUT, I am not exaggerating when I say that the views from this unit are the absolute best in Princeville! Unobstructed, panoramic views of the ocean, and just falling asleep at night to the sound of the waves breaking just below you. Honestly, it is my favorite place in this world, and I’ve traveled quite a bit.
Thank you, Bill, for being so attentive and accommodating. Your condo had everything we needed and more (So convenient to have snorkeling equipment and boogie boards and flotation devices, etc.) Can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you so much.

The views are truly spectacular! Ocean front from every room. Turtle Cove is right in front of the rental (we recommend a dry bag as you do need to jump into the water to get to it). Everything you can imagine is provided. Beds are comfortable. Bill went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable and special. Thank you, Bill!
Some of our favorite things on the island…Turtle Cove, Tahiti Nui for dinner and live music, Tunnels and Anini Beaches for fantastic snorkling, and Hanalei Bay for magic.

I cant say thank you enough for allowing us to rent your place. Your place is beautiful, the views were beautiful. My mother in-law was in tears sitting on the balcony on the first day. Your place provided a lifetime memory and i thank you very much for that. Everything was perfect!

Our recent stay at this beautiful oceanfront property exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by stunning views of the ocean that were truly exceptional. The condo itself was thoughtfully decorated and well-maintained, providing a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
The host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. They were incredibly accommodating and responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had. Their attention to detail truly stood out by providing all amenities (including a pack’n play) to make our experience memorable and stress-free.
One of the highlights was how the condo was fully stocked for a perfect beach day. Everything from beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels and even beach toys for the kids were thoughtfully provided. This thoughtful touch allowed us to relax and enjoy our time by the ocean without worrying about anything else.
Communication with the host /Bill was seamless from booking to check-out. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Bill, thank you so much for your hospitality!

We felt so comfortable here. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The place was clean, spacious, stocked with everything we needed, and the grocery store was only a short distance away. We were able to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, double rainbows and the serenades from the ocean and the birds. We are recharged, but didn’t want to leave. We will be back for sure. Thank you!

Bill and Cathy’s condo lived up to the rave reviews and was even better than expected! This is our first day back on the mainland and it was hard to sleep without the sound of waves crashing below. Our family of four found the space to be very comfortable, and the well-stocked supplies like beach gear, ice packs for the coolers, sunburn cream, etc made everything easy for us to dive right into vacation. Walking down the path to Turtle Cave was our favorite daily adventure. Thanks again for a great week!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay here. It was a pleasure communicating with Bill! The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated staying in a fully stocked condo and all the beach gear! The view from the patio was breathtaking. We even saw some whales!
