The A/C is on a one hour timer. We find the fans are adequate. If you like continuous A/C this may not work for you. No A/C in bedroom

This unit in the Maui Vista had everything I needed as a solo traveler (It also works perfectly for a couple). It was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. It close to everything I like to do on the south side of Maui. It is walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants in the area and is walking distance to some of the best beaches. Next time I visit I will be looking for this unit first.

My wife and I were familiar with Kihei and wanted a centrally located condo to celebrate retirement and 50 year anniversary. This unit in Maui Vista represented just about everything you could desire for both short term and long term. We spent 2 months. Loved every day and every evening of sunsets. Very reasonably priced. Property well maintained. VRBO owners were wonderful to work with.

Great 1 bed/1 bath in the heart of Kihei! In addition to what you’d expect, there were beach chairs, towels, etc. Awesome balcony, and short walk to beach, restaurants, surfing lessons, etc. maybe 10 minute drive to Wailea shops, and maybe 45 minute (SPECTACULAR) drive along the coast to Lahaina. Great location, great hosts!!

Enjoyed snorkeling right across the street (so many sea turtles!) and all the restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Rented a car for a couple days from Turo for exploring the island, but other than that enjoyed sticking close to home base. Definitely recommend!

We loved staying here! It was immaculately clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything you might want while here (beach towels, chairs, tennis rackets, kitchen tools etc). The perfect amount of space for my partner and I as well. The location was great too and just a short walk to about 3 different beaches. I only had to speak to Nancy once to ask about bandaids but she responded instantly when I texted. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Maui!

This condo comes with a gorgeous sunset every night! It is well stocked and clean. The hosts left a manual with information for anything on the island and at this location. Centrally located in Kehei with the beach right across the street. Washer and dryer was a bonus!
