Note to the Cleaning Fee : The $175.00 Cleaning Fee is for a one time only cleaning in that the unit will be clean upon your arrival. Moreover, we do not provide daily room cleaning although we can provide interested parties with our housekeeper's contact information if they wish to arrange something with her on the side.
The Cleaning Fee does provide for towels and linens which include freshly laundered beach, bath, and hand towels as well as wash clothes and bed sheets. A small starter kit of cleaning supplies is also provided which includes a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, and liquid hand soap. It is the responsibility of the guests to purchase more of these items if they wish them during their stay.
Upon check in there is a $75 fee plus tax due to Napili Shores Resort in order to receive your room key and parking permit. Please note that we do not assess this fee nor do we have control over it.

This condo is a perfect getaway—clean, comfortable and a stunning view of the ocean. Location is great for being close to the heart of Lahaina but removed enough to provide more tranquility and respite from the crowds. We recommend it unreservedly and will not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Maui!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It’s more spacious than the pictures make it look! Comes with everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. And the kitchen was spacious even when multiple people were using it! The whole place was very clean! The bathroom was a great size and updated. The patio has a gorgeous view of the ocean, we even were able to spot a few whales! Absolutely magical! They leave noodles, body boards and beach chairs for your use! We also left sand toys for the next people! The parking was super easy. The pools were great for our kids to play in! There is a great beach for the kids that was a 5 min walk away! Oh and they have air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room which was super nice to have!
Our only complaint is they only give you 3 rolls of toilet paper. We had 4 people and were there for a week. In the contract it states “intro kit with toilet paper” but I guess I figured we would be given 1 roll each for a week. I wish I would have been told in the contract specifically how many rolls we would be given so I could just bring a roll from home instead of having to buy an entire pack that went to waste. So bring extra if you’ll need more than 3 (or be ready to buy at island prices lol). Obviously this was not a big deal, but just wanted to give a head up!
Overall, we had an amazing stay and will absolutely be back!!

This was a comfortable condo with great views. We were able to watch whales and easily access the beach just walking a very short distance from the condo.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We normally stay in a studio, but having a one bedroom unit was really nice. The condo is on the second level with a view of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need for cooking. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay in it again sometime.

The unit is updated, very clean and communication with Randy the property manager was great from the time of booking through our entire stay. The resort grounds are beautiful and the view of the ocean is great from the lanai. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was on hand and easily accessible. Both beach and pool access are just a few hundred feet away. Thank you Randy for your assistance and a wonderful week on Maui! We look very forward to staying in this property in the future!

Amazing location right next to Napili Bay. Beautiful views from the balcony and the BBQ/pool area. Super clean, well decorated, and stocked with lots of kitchen equipment to make your stay enjoyable. Well recommended!
