Very clean and comfortable condo! The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and touched base with me on multiple occasions to make sure I had everything I needed. A multitude of amenities on site and staff with great customer service. The location was perfect, just down the road from the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and beaches. It was also far enough down the road to still be quiet at night. I highly recommend.

This condo worked great for our family while we were in Kauai. The owner is super helpful and responsive. We appreciated all of the little extras that were included with this rental that made the week easier.

We stayed at Cary’s condo for a month. The place had everything we needed, from coffee grinder to beach gear to blender. Cary was a very responsive & communicative host too. We could not have asked for more.

The property was as advertised and worked out well for our small family. There was some helpful beach equipment and all we needed (plus more) in the well equipped kitchen. We were worried about the lack of AC but the breeze and fans were sufficient. Cary was responsive and helpful.

The location was perfect for all North Shore activities. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The Cliffs facility is excellent. The owner is very easy to communicate with and provides many excellent tips on activities around the island. One of our favorite activities was the Allerton Gardens Sunset Tour by the owner.

This is a lovely comfortable condo which was a great set up for our family with small kids. The loft space was perfect for our two kids who enjoyed their privacy but liked being close. The beds were comfy. No bugs or critters to be found inside which I appreciated in a tropical location.
The kitchen had everything we needed.
There were many nene on the grounds which we loved if you're into birds. The pool was great for our kids too.
Cary, the host, communicated with us throughout and helped whenever it was needed.
