Watch beautiful sunrises over Mt. Haleakala as you are enjoying your Hawaiian coffee and just picked mangoes from the trees within the complex. This well appointed condo is spacious and open so it feels more like a townhouse with two levels. You will have all the comforts of home with a fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 full-size bathrooms and also including a washer and dryer. It shines and shows beautifully and has all the amenities that you could look for. Splash around in the pool, grill your fresh island fish, and relax in the jacuzzi after a day spent exploring Maui! Within walking distance to: beach, supermarket, restaurants, shopping, tennis, bank, post office, and gym. Maximum number is 4 adults in condo.
Small Quiet Complex-: This small complex is located centrally in Kihei in a quiet residential area. There are a total of 84 units at the complex and our building has 20 units with two floors. We are located on the second floor. There are no elevators as the set of stairs will go directly to the condo. Included is wireless internet service and there are no parking fees. Lighted parking is located on the side of the building which makes it very convenient! To get to the beach that is near us, is a matter of leaving the condo and walking across a residential street and you are there!

Even to the smallest detail Melanie had this condo family ready! There was very little out of pocket "living expenses" to make this a week worth of living ready. The pictures did no justice! It was the perfect oasis for our days of adventure! It was driving distance to everything...if adventurous island living is what you are there for...or if you just want a quiet stay at the beach with all the amenities, then this is all you need.
I wish I could say enough, but I can't. The pool, the mango trees, the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. Laundry room, patio...the guidebooks were even marked! Even with our family of six packed in it was worth it! We would stay here over and over if it is possible!

The unit was very clean and well appointed!
Our visit was in late March, so the weather was nice enough that we didn't need to run the A/C. The beds and pull out were all quite comfortable. The lanai was great to hang out and the mirror allowed you see the beach while inside the unit.
The location was fantastic ... easy walk to so many things! A block away from coffee, grocery store and a strip mall with lots of shops & places to eat. Our favorite was Nalu's which had delicious food and the best Mai Tai's. The beach was also half a block away and very quick to enjoy the sunrise/sunset.
Communication with Melanie was detailed and prompt!

Property was clean, well stocked, and in a central area of the island which allowed for convenient sightseeing. Loved the proximity to the beach. Grocery store only a block away and many restaurants close by. Would not hesitate staying in this location again.

Pics don’t do the condo justice. Roomy and very well supplied kitchen. Minutes from a great beach and you can watch the sunset from the lanai.

Lovely Condon as advertised just steps from the beach. You can see the water from the lanai.
Nearby shops and restaurants which was great as we did not have a car. Lots of young families with kids. If wanting quiet time by water I would suggest the beach. Condo was well equipped with beach amenities as well as the kitchen with cookery and dishes.
Overall a great spot.

Seconds from the beach! Very well stocked condo of all the necessities you may need! Quick and easy response and communication with owner! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a get away with a beautiful view and close to every amenity you would need!

Melanie's Kihei apartment exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped, and ideally located. The beach, perfect for families, was steps away. The community was welcoming, the kitchen almost a chef's delight. We highly recommend it! 5 stars!

We had the best experience at Melanie’s place. It was close to a bunch of restaurants we wanted to try, and one block from Akamai’s coffee that we loved, and just off the best kept secret beach. The beach behind the condo is really one of the best I’ve been to - calm water, shallow enough to walk out into the water for a bit, usually quiet and not full of tourists, and the best place to watch sunset every night. The condo is very well kept and Melanie was so quick in answering all my questions before the trip.

We enjoyed every day we spent at this Condo. The layout,location and space was just perfect for our adult family vacation. This is without a doubt one of the most well equipped vacation homes we have stayed at. Loved the care and attention to details like all the labeling of drawers and shelves where things went.The owners were promptly and pleasantly responsive to every question we had in our communications with them . Everything was clean and just as advertised on VRBO. Would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone, and we would look forward to returning here some day .
