PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Ours is the most spacious floor plan at Hali’i Kai with 1677 square feet, 1930 square feet if include the two lanais. This is a two-story Townhome with the entrance on the second floor, no elevator.

You will enjoy our newly remodeled condo with One-Of-The-Kind Peru Travertine floor, Elegant-Beachy-Color scheme, and many new appliances (update photos coming soon). Our three bedrooms are well separated for privacy,1 downstairs and 2 upstairs, three bathrooms, an open concept great room with living room, dining area, kitchen and two covered lanais, one on each floor.

The gourmet kitchen is finished with tiled backsplash, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and African mahogany cabinets. The kitchen opens up to the dining and living area, making the space ideal for cooking and conversing. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter and a dining table that seats six. The outdoor lanai of the dining room has an additional table for four and a gas BBQ.

The great room is furnished with an extremely comfortable L-shaped couch, a large chair, TV and a Bose Bluetooth sound system.

The upstairs master boasts a king-sized bed and its own private lanai with two chaise lounges. The ensuite master bath has dual sinks, a large soaking tub and a glass enclosed shower. There are shutters over the bathtub that open into the bedroom which allows for the outside light to filter in while you soak the day away. The additional bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom is located on the bottom floor and has a queen bed. Please note that the bottom floor of our townhouse is actually the second floor of a building with NO elevator.

We have our own spacious laundry room with washer and dryer, and just about everything that you often want in the comfort of your own home.

Our townhouse is in the Coconut Grove section of the community, near the tennis court, and the basketball half-court.

PARKING: 20G has ONE-car garage that can fit a compact car, where we store 4 bicycles and our beach gear; and one reserved parking space outside. There are also open visitor parking spaces within 50 yards of the front door.
