The view was spectacular!! The check-in was easy. The app that I downloaded into my phone was a great help. The steps for entering into the room were easy to follow. The directions to the building were easy to follow also. The cleanliness was ok, could have been better. Initially, we had trouble with the television and that was repaired in a day or two. In our opinion, the room could have been updated. Everything that we needed in the kitchen was available.
There were enough linens for the 10 days we were there.
Overall, we would stay here again.

Honestly the pictures online don’t look like in person. Blood stains on curtains very unsanitary. Beds smelt funky and super old mattress didn’t even sleep under the covers because I was scared. Couch has stains on it. All vents are soo dusty I can only imagine the air particles flying around. Only perk is the lagoon view and stores located in lobby. Not sure why people say it’s clean.

The condo was exactly what we expected based on the pictures. The beds were clean and the condo itself seemed acceptably clean. The location was great and the building has a couple gift stores, an icecream shop, coffee shop and restaurant. The only negative were the couch is really dirty and stained and the kitchen faucet is super loose. I emailed the property manager twice with questions and they emailed right back immediately. Overall it was good and for the price we would stay here again.

Condo was overall clean but there were a few stains on the sheets, curtains and the vent in the shower was extremely dirty. The rest of the condo was clean as was the property as a whole. The location is great, fireworks right off the balcony,, walking distance to shops and restaurants on site as well as an ice cream shop and sundries store with reasonable prices. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent view of the ocean, lagoon, and city! My family also liked the comfortable beds, quick easy access to our room, the laundry room as well the area to dispose of the trash. Restaurants & shops are close by. We Loved this property and we definitely plan to visit again. Thank you!

As I said in the title the view is nice and the Ilikai hotel is a good place to stay. The room, however, was rundown and shabby. The floors in the bathroom our disgustingly dirty and the carpet needs to be professionally cleaned It looked as if decades of filth had built up on the tiles in the bathroom.. This room needs some TLC and some paint wouldn’t Hurt either. I don’t understand why I had to pay a $200 cleaning fee for a room that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a long long time. BTW you have to take your own trash out and do the dishes. No dishwasher in the kitchen.

Property location and view were incredible. Platform beds were a little hard on the shins, a couple of light-weight throws instead of a blankets, no dish drainer or mat and only one dish towel. Like others, the television was a bit of a challenge but figured it out fairly quickly. Other than these minor details, it was a great stay for good value. Would stay again.
