Please note, this is the Top Unit of a two unit split-level property. Everything outside is shared with the bottom unit guests, including the hot tub area. Tenants live in a third unit toward the back of the property, but do not access the lanai area while guests are occupying the rentals unless absolutely necessary. We loved staying here! This is a lovely location. We loved shopping at the cute shop across the street. We enjoyed the tikki bar, the kayak and hot tub. This is a great location. We were away from the hustle and bustle of the city and we could enjoy paradise. We found great poke at Foodland and wonderful acai bowls at Kuhuku. We explored different beaches along the north shore and found some excellent snorkeling.

I can’t express enough how beautiful the house and location are. We really enjoyed our place on the upper floor and the deck overlooking the ocean. You won’t find a better place with two actual beds and bathrooms for the price. We loved the hot tub, and enjoyed eating at the bar on the patio. There was shampoo, conditioner, bug repellent, and sunscreen to use, and stores nearby for anything we forgot. The kitchen had a hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, pots, frying pans and new utensils. We were very comfortable, I wish we had stayed longer!

The property is perfect! It did rain for 5 of our 7 days stay, so the ocean was rough snd a bit murky, but we still enjoyed it immensely. The location is perfect for the food truck area, gunstock range and the Polynesian cultural center. Waimea falls is a must. Everything was as expected..paradise!

Directly on the ocean. I wish I was aware that there is no oven/ stove and restaurants are about an hour drive from this location. Beach is public but still very private. We only saw a few other people on the beach which was very nice. This is a residential area and not a tourist location. People that we met, were wonderful.

The white wooden ceilings and the tiki bar drew us in but the beach being six literal steps away sealed the deal. This is the kind of place you take photos of and send to your friends back home. We feel so fortunate to have found this place and are so thankful to have experienced it. Great host. Very responsive. Close to all the beaches, a grocery store and food trucks down the road. Best burgers were at Seven Brothers. Factor in time for any places you go because Kam Hwy is one lane in each direction but you’ll barely notice because it hugs the ocean. The home is exactly as described. True quality. We’d definitely book here again when we return with the hopes it’s available!

Amazing place, we ended up going to honolulu for the last 4 days, and we wish we would have just stayed there the whole time.
You can beat falling asleep to waves.
Prepare to have to drive to the other small towns to go out for food though, there is nothing around you. We didnt mind this at all though! Half our meals we cooked at the house!

This property was everything we were looking for! We wanted a quiet, semi private location and this was it! We did many touristy things-but my favorite day was the day we spent lounging around, swimming, kayaking, snorkeling and playing on the beach in front of the house. We made breakfast every morning and watched the sunrise on the balcony. Did not have any issue finding places to eat dinner. Even loved the view of the mountains behind the house through windows opposite the bathroom mirror while getting ready for the day! I did a lot of research for this trip and I was very happy we stayed here. My husband even commented several times on what a great find this property was! Thank you!!!
