Aloha! Welcome to our luxurious and upscale villas. Our town home is located in a gated community at the prestigious Waikoloa Beach Resort along the Kohala Coast. It is decorated with the upscale and elegant furnishings, a 17 foot cathedral ceiling - no one above and below, offering spacious accommodations and privacy. Our end unit, approximately 1240 sqft, is perfect for families, young couples, and groups of 4 ---- persons. Privacy is ensured with a bedroom and a bath on each level. The upper master suite has beautiful Bamboo furniture including a King bed with high standard linens, Cable Smart LED TV, Blu-ray DVD, and WiFi. The lower main level features 17 foot vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows creating a light and airy living room. It is also equipped with Cable 50-inch Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD, and WiFi. The bamboo sofa set in the living room has a queen sleeper for ---- guests. The second bedroom on the main floor has two twin beds. Our upscale kitchen has slab granite counter and bamboo dining table and chairs. Washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area....

A lovely home in a complex of several resorts. House was clean with a comfortable bed. Kitchen is spacious with plenty of kitchen ware but absolutely no other kitchen amenities, not even salt and pepper! Resort community has a grocery store and plenty of other shopping and dining. Located north of Kailua-Kona, it is a solid 30 minutes to the airport and over 2 hours to Volcano National Park. Allow yourselves an additional 20-30 minutes to return the keys back to the management office when checking out.

The place is great for the price point and area. Similarly priced properties don’t have air conditioning in Kona. Five stars for the value.
Few tips:
Took me a bit to realize the pool key was with the management company in the Kings shops nearby. Their hours are shorter than listed in the instructions after Covid. 9-5 irc.
The pantry is empty.
There was not enough toilet paper for our ten day stay.
The ac was off at arrival but thermostat is at the top of the stairs.

Overall great location and the pools and grounds were well kept. The condo is in need of some TLC. There was an ant problem in the lower level bathroom. The property management responded quickly, however due to covid, we managed the ants with RAID. It looked as though there was some type of water leak/damage in the lower level bathroom (drywall disintegrating and discolored). The pull out sofa is old and the cushion fabric was tearing, paint pealing on base board and other trim, dining chairs in need of reupholstering and a good cleaning. I also found some children’s cereal under the master bed. Overall good layout, but needs some TLC.

Stayed here for over a month in March/April 2021. Condo is pretty spacious and the main floor balcony opens up to a grassy area, which extends the space. Appliances in the house are functional but could use some updating. However, when we had an issue with the dishwasher the owners promptly replaced with a brand new one - they are pretty prompt in their response and are very accommodating. As other guests have noted, while the kitchen has enough pots and pans, it could use some basic grocery supplies, like salt, sugar etc., Ditto for supplies in the bathroom. The swimming pool is right across the unit and the community is generally pretty quite. All the beaches on the Kohala coast are a quick 10-20mins drive away, with the A-beach within walking distance. Overall well recommended for families with kids as it puts you in the right location and provides ample space and everything you need to make yourself at home and comfortable.

Although one of the beds seemed to have unwashed sheets &there was a short supply of toilet paper &laundry soap, we ENJOYED every minute of our stay. Perfect location as well (next to one of the swimming pools)

I really appreciated all of the little details that made our stay so easy: dedicated parking right next to the door, plenty of dishes & towels & pillows, room inside and outdoors for our kids to play and roam.
This complex isn’t right on the ocean, but it’s lovely and quiet, and there are several beautiful beaches and snorkelling spots within an easy drive.
Owners were responsive & helpful. Thanks!
