Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.

County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

This single-level 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with 4 Suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom.
In the main home the first suite features a California King Size bed.
The 2nd suite also has a California King.
The 3rd is equipped with 2 Twin XL beds that can be joined to make a king with a gel mattress topper.
In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This home is the Hoku B model which is one of only a few at KaMilo that feature a stand alone guest cottage.
Detached from the home this suite has a California King bed and its own washroom.

This property was the perfect place for our reunion. It accommodated the 9 of us comfortably. It was fully equipped with all the things we could ever need for a perfect vacation. The pool was an added bonus. The layout was perfect for hanging out, listening to music, talking and enjoying meals. Most importantly the property was wheelchair accessible for my young niece.

Nice property, great location. Heated pool a plus. Good home for a group.
Would have been nice to have plastic/acrylic ware for use outside near pool. Children's life jackets available in garage but none for adult.

Great communications, wonderful house for our family, I only wish we could have stayed longer.
I realize it’s difficult to promise some things (swim and beach “toys” for kids), but don’t bring anything because it’s very likely provided at this house! 😉

House was as depicted - love the floor plan and layout of having every thing on one floor. Lots of hangers in closet. They do need a new grill - was disappointing to not be be to cook outside as much - other than that can highly recommend it is everythinh they said it was.

We loved the house and all the amenities it provided.
Bedrooms had comfortable beds and a good layout.
Garage was well stocked with beach chairs, snorkel gear, toys and bikes.
A couple of minor negative things: we arrived after dark and could not get any of the exterior light to come on.
Next day we realized somebody had unscrewed all the bulbs. Also the kitchen refrigerator was not working so a freestanding one was provided. None of these things was a big deal. We enjoyed our stay very much.

When first approaching the house, we were impressed with the size and way the home looked. However, upon entering the home and checking out everything, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the home as well as the fridge.We found a dead roach in the master bathroom. Not sure how long it was dead but it should have been cleaned up by the cleaning crew. The pix of the pool were a little deceiving. The website should be updated - not only to reflect the small size of the pool but also the fact that guests can no longer keep the sliding doors open due to the new laws /not sure guests would want to keep the doors open due to bugs at night.Every day there were tiny silver fish in the master bath& silver fish and roly poly bugs in the other bathrms.The main fridge was down so there was a 2nd fridge in the kitchn which was fine but the ice machine was broken & the additional ice machine provided never worked properly - we called for service and it was "fixed" but we had to tend to it in order to get ice. There were no bath mats in any of the bathrms so we all ended up using a towel for the floor when getting out of the shower. The gate to the entrance needs to be fixed as it's probably too heavy for the brackets - which I discovered after the first couple of days trying to open the gate with one hand and pinching my fingers. One of the bedrooms had bedding stuffed into the dresser (2 of the drawers) so there wasn't enough room for personal belongings.

House was amazing! Pool was great. Hot tub wasn’t very hot, but still comfortable to relax in. A rental car is a must for staying here, if you want to be able to go do things. Will definitely stay here again.
