In the living area there are 2 beds - very comfortable QUEEN-size sectional sofa sleeper PLUS a foldout Murphy bed (twin XL size - same length as queen-size). Both beds COME with the highest quality of bed linens).

Opposite the sectional QUEEN-size sofa sleeper will be a SAMSUNG smart 60 inch LED high-definition television PLUS DVD/Blu-ray player for viewing movies.

All linens are provided fresh and clean. Mid-visit cleaning is provided to guests who stay 10 nights or longer upon request. There is a brand new washer/ dryer located in the master suite.
