The views from every window are private & landscaped. The couch makes into a queen-sized bed. The 3rd bathroom, complete with a shower, is accessible to your guests or for those sleeping in the living room. A Graco Pack & Play is available. Three HD TV's, Wifi, Ipod dock, 4 telephones with free long-distance to U.S. and Canada, cable TV, & high speed Roadrunner Turbo internet connection keep you in touch with the world while the plush lanai furniture beckons the visitor to sit back & enjoy the ocean views.
The villa is located next to world class golf courses (The Kapalua, The Bay Course & the world-famous Plantation). All have many breath-taking vistas. As a guest of our villa we can give you a discount on two courses - just ask.
Fine beaches, judged by many as the best in Maui, are minutes away either by the free, door-to-door Kapalua Resort Shuttle; your car; or by walking - Kapalua Beach; D. T. Fleming Beach; Napili Bay; Oneloa Beach, Honolua Bay & the adjoining Mokule'ia (or Slaughterhouse) Beach.
At the end of a short cul-de-sac this front row villa has panoramic views of the ocean & the island of Molokai. In season whale watching from the lanai is a MUST (with an owner provided telescope and binoculars). Although located just minutes from Lahaina the villa is situated in a lavishly landscaped & peaceful setting. This end of the island benefits from the Trade Winds which you will find are very welcome!
It's a short walk to the nearest Association pool with well maintained BBQ's & a covered, outdoor kitchen area (includes oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, tables & chairs). Around the corner is the Ritz Carlton with its fine restaurants & amenities. Groceries stores are also convenient - the closest (walking distance for some) boasts an espresso bar, fresh vegetables & fine meats. Next door to that is 'The Sansei', advertised as Maui's best sushi restaurant. There are two excellent spas nearby (the Ritz Carlton and the Montage Spa).

We had a great time at this property, it was well stocked and had everything that we needed.
My daughter cut her foot on the reef at Kapalua Bay, which required 11 stitches. I would not recommend Kapalua Bay for beginner snorkelers, but besides that we had an amazing time. If you do snorkel at Kapalua, water shoes are a good idea.

Beautiful property, very spacious and lots of light. Amazing view of the ocean from the lanai. Plenty of space for our party of six. Living Spaces work very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, clean. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in and check out. We’re a breeze would love to return.

Simply amazing! Location is fantastic! Joan was wonderful to work with. Prompt to communicate with us and even gave upcoming weather info and entertainment recommendations. The condo is set up perfectly. It really feels like it has 2 Master Bedrooms since both rooms have king beds and huge bathrooms. It worked perfect for us. It was also stocked with all the kitchen needs and even some toiletries. We had an amazing visit and are grateful we found this place. Would love to return.

We absolutely loved our time at the Villa, it is by far one of the best vacation accommodations we have stayed at. The villa was very clean and well stocked- we cooked lovely dinners during our stay every night, eating on the lanai listening to the waves and watching the whales. The pool was a beautiful area, with several Weber grills. It was a very quiet area which was a bonus for us, being able to be out during the day and coming home to relax was priceless. Lots of beach supplies provided as well, including chairs and coolers which were very handy. We loved Fleming beach and walked over most days to enjoy the big waves and a milkshake snack. Kapalua costal trail was a beautiful walk and within a few minutes to get to. The views cannot be beaten and we are already dreaming of our next visit! It was very accessible to all areas on the west side of Maui and beyond. Joan was the best hostess and quick to respond to any questions we had. Absolutely recommend this villa!

We loved watching whales and beautifully colored skies from our deck! Condo location (within minutes of beach and coastal walking trail), plus amenities are excellent. The property owner is invested in visitors having a good time - most responsive to our needs.. This was our second visit . . . an all-time favorite vacation destination!!!

There is way too much to put into this review to scream 5 stars all the way around. The villa was amazing, exactly as described by Joan. So, since the listing speaks for itself, I am adding this: JUST BRING YOUR CLOTHES AND BATHING SUITS. There is so much in this house to ensure you have everything you need for the beach. Coolers, beach chairs, snorkel equipment in a few sizes, a cabana, fishing poles, beach toys for the kids, extra cooler bags. There are a lot of beach towels too. We came in to a nice bottle of wine, a bag of Maui coffee, and a welcome card from Joan. The views cannot be described, and we woke up to the sound of waves everyday. The beds are very comfortable, and plenty of linens. We had full bottles of shampoo and conditioner in every single shower, and 3 bathrooms! The lanai is wonderful, and we spent so much time out there just listening to the ocean.
There is an ABC store up the street with everything you need. The beach is a short walk down the hill, and Lahaina Front street is a 15 minute drive to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Do the Sunset Cruise with PacWhales, and eat at Down The Hatch! ALL of the restaurants on Front Street are worth it, and the fish is fresh everyday.
There are two full separate master bedrooms with King beds and your own bathroom and lots of space. We will come back here again because this is the BEST place we have ever stayed in all the years we have been doing family couples vacations. Thank you Joan!

We had a wonderful stay here. I definitely overpacked, since Joan had everything we needed at the house! We were grateful for the beach chairs and shelter and the kids enjoyed the sand toys. We even did one of her puzzles! We saw whales most mornings while we ate our breakfast on the balcony. The bathrooms were huge and well stocked. Close to beautiful beaches and shopping/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The villa is just perfect! We stayed here for a week during our 12 day stay in Maui and enjoyed the location in Kapalua, the views from the lanai, short walk down to the beach and the villa itself.
The villa has everything you need and Joan is a very thoughtful owner. The views are just incredible! We spotted lots of whales from the lanai!
This location may be my favorite part of the island. We enjoyed just walking on the rocks and exploring the tide pools and watching the waves.

Thank you for hosting us in your lovely home in Kapalua. We felt welcomed and take care of from the moment we contacted Joan on vrbo chat to checking out for our flight back home. Checking in and out was easy and straightforward with her welcome letter and clear instructions. She also kept us updated throughout the trip, including emailing us about the local weather forecast just before our trip, local activities in Maui during our stay, and the weather back home right before we left! On arrival, we were greeted with a welcome card, bottle of wine and local Hawaiian coffee after a very long travel day due to some delays. The home is exactly as pictured, is very clean and organized, and has a well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. It was a great home base to explore nearby Kaanapali and Lahania! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Maui.

This home was located in the most amazing area. Everything about it from then excellent communication with owners to our stay was a wonderful experience. We spend every Thanksgiving in Maui and I think we finally from our favorite vacation home. The home was spacious, with a beautiful view and located in a perfect spot between some of our favorite beaches. Hope to return here soon.
