We have recently refurnished the entire condo and have replaced all the windows with tented, screened windows that open to let in the cool ocean breezes. The VRBO Bear has stayed at our condo and gave us a 5 star review.
We have a queen bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a king bed in the down stairs guest bedroom, a queen bed in the living room sleeper sofa and a infant pack away bed in the closet. We are on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a three story building with amazing ocean views. The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor away from the main living area and overlooks the ocean. Cool ocean breezes come through the screened windows and you can hear the waves crashing.
This condo is privately owned, it is not a time share. When you rent this condo you are staying in our vacation home, not an investment property. Therefore you will have use of our personal beach stuff, saving you hundreds of dollars not having to rent beach chairs, snorkels, umbrellas, ice chests and boogie boards during your stay.
You can instantly book our condo by paying directly to VRBO. A down payment of 30% is due at time of booking, 35% due 90 days before your trip and balance due 60 days before your trip. Stays longer than 30 days require mid stay cleanings every two weeks at a cost of $345.00 each. This allows the housekeeper to change out the bedding and towels, vacuum the carpets, clean the windows, and inspect for leaks and damage.
Kaha Lani means Heavenly Place which describes this beach front resort perfectly. It's like no other resort on Kauai. Surrounded by large grassy areas, this Bali Style Resort is breath taking. It sits behind a beautiful, undeveloped, white sand beach that is only 150 steps away from your front door. You can walk miles along this quiet beach sometimes without seeing another person. This is a perfect place to take pictures of the amazing sunrises. The resort also has a heated pool overlooking the ocean with Tiki Lights that are lit every night at sunset. There are two barbecue grills by the pool, great for cooking your meals outside. There is a tennis court. A beautiful well maintained golf course is right next door, that is reasonable priced. (Wailua Golf Course). A great bike/walking path is directly in front of the resort that leads to Lydgate Beach Park, a great place for kids to play in the protected lagoon an learn how to snorkel. They will also love the awesome playground. You can rent bikes in Kapa'a nearby or have them delivered to the condo. ...

My family and I loved our stay here! The location was fantastic and the apartment had everything we needed and more - there were lots of beach toys and chairs etc. available for us to use. Lydgate park is just up the road, which is a great beach to swim in for the family, and the pool on site is very nice as well. Loved that the location was centrally located on the island so we were able to visit both the north and west sites of Kauai more efficiently. Highly recommend! Thanks for having us!

Great location. A little disappointed as it was advertised as newly renovated. Thought when booked it would be no big deal not having AC. It was pretty uncomfortable upstairs even with overheard fans and floor fans. The every morning rooster wakeup at 5:30 a.m. initally was hard to get use to but just laughed about it.

We had a fabulous vacation. The central location of this property was perfect for exploring the whole island. The property itself was great for our family of 5 to have some space to spread out. We loved the closeness of the pool and beach. We would recommend the property to anyone visiting Kauai.

Having never been to Kauai, we were not sure where exactly to choose to stay. This location seem to be in the middle of everything we wanted to do in addition to very close to plenty to do with 10 minutes. It had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family.

The location is really good, close to Walmart, Safeway and the airport.
Weather is really good and the apartment has everything you need.
Chairs, umbrellas, towels, kitchen utensils, etc.

We really enjoyed our time! A quick walk to an empty and beautiful beach. Central to exploring the island. Close to restaurants and grocery. The condo itself if cozy and has everything needed for a family trip.

Enjoyed location. Easy walking on beach or path. Next to public park with safe snorkeling, restrooms. Private, and near Wailua . Place was clean, nice details, partial view, enjoyed pool. Kauai Vacation Rentals was wonderful in fixing a problem that occurred checking in. Would absolutely stay again!

We loved being so close to the beach, especially being able to walk a short distance to Lydgate Beach.
Both beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook some of our own meals. Would definitely recommend staying here.

the apartment was great, it has a semi-ocean view and although the beach directly at the front is not easily swimmable in the winter due to currents, it is a short 10 min walk from a protected lagoon with lots of fish. good location, with many amenities and the apartment is very well organized.

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Kaha Lani #216. We’ve stayed at other units here before, and 216 is very well appointed in comparison. We had everything we could have ever needed in the kitchen (coffee makers and coffee grinder, blender, toaster, rice cooker, all the pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils you could want), and great beds, towels, fans, and beach gear. The condo is centrally located to anything you could want to do, including beachfront access to watch every morning’s stunning sunrise with sand between your toes. We walked to Lydgate park to snorkel most mornings, and spent every afternoon/evening at the property’s pool. The Kaha Lani is a beautiful property, and unit 216 was a beautiful place to call home for a couple of weeks.
