Our ground level Kiahuna Ocean View unit in building 20 is a favorite for it's expanse of lawn leading from the lanai to the beach. It's very a quiet and private part of Kiahuna, which is why many prefer this area to any others. This unit is Classic Kiahuna with dark wood trim. Updated with a walk in shower and Caesar stone kitchen counters. Air conditioning is coming in March in time for or the Summer and fall. A new memory foam mattress for the sofa bed was added recently.
Free WIFI in and around the unit.
We provide one mis stay linen replenishment in a 7 night stay. Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon arrival.

This place was great! Beautiful Lanai looks out to grassy area that is only a short (2min) walk to the beach. The condo was perfect for me, my wife, and out 7 month old. Quick walks to many different beaches and access to the Poitou Athletic Club was a nice bonus, as was access to beautiful gas grills for bbqing. Communication with Gordon and Barbara was great too and they responded to my questions very quickly. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the city life and embrace beach living!

I was in a little bit of shock at how old the condo looked upon arrival. The furniture is so old and it just looked kind of dirty. After looking around I noticed a few issues and contacted the owner right away. He was very nice and had the property management come to address them immediately. The check in process was extremely easy and the location of the condo really made up for the lack of amenities. I’ve stayed in many rentals and most of them are well equipped with kitchen supplies, household items, etc. but this one is very limited. I love to cook and feel that the kitchen needs a major over haul. There wasn’t even a little salt and pepper. We had 2 other families staying at the property in other locations and their units were much nicer and very well maintained with full spice cabinets and upgraded kitchen supplies. I was also surprised that there wasn’t any hand soap in the unit. They give you a tiny set of shampoo/conditioner and lotion. Enough for maybe 2 days. Luckily we didn’t spend too much time in the unit and the location of the property made up for the older interior. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes; we were able to enjoy time at the beach easily (which was gorgeous) with the ability to come back home quickly for food and drinks! The beach club is also really close which we used daily! If the condo wasn’t located where it was I would not recommend staying here. The owner is very easy to communicate with and was extremely responsive. Mahalo 🌺

Fabulous central location within the Kiahuna Plantation, ocean views across the lawns and a perfect play area for the kids right outside the lanai which makes the whole place seem bigger. Definitely recommend.

The unit needs a deep clean. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Kitchen floor, cabinet handles and inside table dirty. Would not stay in this unit again.

We have stayed at Kiahuna before and enjoyed our stay again. The condo location is great, easy to get to beach, nice open grass area off the lanai. Condo had all the basics. Fans for the living and bedrooms. A bit dated as most condos at Kiahuna are, its is rare to find an updated modern unit. The unit did not have beach chairs, beach towels, cooler or umbrella which some other units supply and are nice when traveling to a beach other than right out front. All in all a nice condo in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our next trip to Kauai and Kiahuna Plantation!
