Our condo is ideally suited to guests who appreciate an elegant, fully equipped, and affordably priced condo that is located garden-view in a quiet oceanfront building. Please note that occupancy is strictly limited to two (2) people.
Much thought and care has gone into making our condo a perfect home-base for discovering the beauty and mysteries of Hawaii. We have been happily renting our condo for 15 years, with many returning guests who've now become friends.
From the comfortable king-size bed and rock-tile shower to the large flat screen tv and fully equipped granite kitchen, you will feel pampered and care-free. Our garden-view lanai even features a sneak peek at the ocean, and only steps from our front door you can access an ocean-front deck with spectacular views of Molokai and Lanai. Our condo is the perfect place to relax and reflect, with tropical adventures within easy walking or driving distance.
We are honored to feature beautiful artwork by local Maui artists, which gives our condo a very contemporary and thoughtful energy. We also offer lots of conveniences including excellent WiFi and a full-size washer/dryer--a wonderful convenience while you're on vacation. We are one of the few owners to employ a professional cleaning and linen company to ensure that our condo is beautifully prepared on-time for your arrival. We do everything we can to ensure that your hard-earned and long-anticipated Maui vacation goes seamlessly!
Maui Sands Seaside is a true West Maui gem—a low-rise, “Old Hawaii” complex featuring lush tropical grounds, coconut palms, and gorgeous ocean-front views of Lana'i and Moloka'i. Located in the Honokowai neighborhood between Ka'anapali and Napili/Kapalua, Maui Sands is across the street from the popular Okazuya Deli (the best take-out on Maui), a fresh fish market, and many other conveniences. A farmers market, natural food store, restaurants, Duke's Maui, shops, ABC store, and large supermarket are all within a ten minute walk of our condo.
Our rates are reasonable and uncomplicated. The nightly rate includes free full-size washer/dryer, in-unit WiFi, parking, and domestic U.S. and Canada calls. We use a professional cleaning company, with hotel-quality linens that are swapped out with each guest and beach towels provided for use during your stay. As a registered vacation rental with the State of Hawaii, we are proudly in full compliance.

Pros…well equipped, nicely decorated, good location in Honowai, good communication with owner.
Cons…no direct access to beach, some confusion regarding resort (resort split into two properties with same name, this building not allowed access to grounds, swimming pool).

Loved this location been to island every year for 17 years now. Always tried new places. This location is great so close to grocery stores beaches and food. This condo was quiet and had everything we needed for our stay except the snorkel gear needs to be updated fyi .

This is the second time we have stayed at Claire and Tracy’s condo, and our visit was just as comfortable as the first time! They have clearly made improvements and updates to the unit (bed, appliances, etc), which were great to see. The location was perfect for us, and everything you could possibly need in the unit (beach chairs, snorkels, fully stocked kitchen, towels, books, games, etc). Thanks again Claire and Tracy, we look forward to our next visit!!

This condo had everything we needed for our 9 night stay. (Full kitchen, washer & dryer, beach stuff) it was a comfortable stay. Although this is a beach front property..keep in mind that it is not an area where you can swim. The condo is close to all of the popular areas which was very nice. Host was very helpful & friendly.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. We were pleasantly surprised how close to the beach it is. Most of this complex is perpendicular to the ocean, so while the condo does not face the sea, you can just open the door and walk out to see beautiful views of the ocean. This condo has all the necessities you need. Tip for future travelers: check the middle kitchen island for the pots and pans!

We appreciated the perfect rental for our first trip to the Hawaiian Islands. This condo was in a convenient and great location; markets, beaches, food trucks, the works. In addition, the host was 100% reliable. Claire responded to messages quickly and was cool enough to reimburse us for an item we purchased (we had forgotten ours in LA) to keep in the condo for future use. Her place is comfy, accommodating and just wonderful. The sunsets? Sensational.
Our one year wedding anniversary was tops thanks to this place. We hope to be back soon :]

This condo created a truly magical experience for my partner and I, who stayed a week for a much needed holiday. The condo provided for all of our needs, including a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, a washer and dryer and use of snorkel gear (which was a welcome surprise!). It was very clean and the location ideal - across the street from an organic market and an ABC for quick buys. What struck us most was how quiet the entire property was. We found ourselves whispering for the first few days! And the ocean front area is very special - perfect for sunset viewings. We truly cannot wait to go back.
