The condo itself is nice, but the road noise is a big problem. It is situated in a way that you cannot avoid hearing lots of traffic in the early mornings.

The condo was everything we needed and more. The view was beautiful. The location was fantastic. The condo is very cozy and feels like someone’s home. Mary was very accommodating and a joy to work with. We will be back!!

This property exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect with walking access to a beautiful beach and an easy drive to grocery stores, the airport, and target. My husband and I hiked all over the island and it was all within a 2 hour drive. The property itself was well taken care of with a lovely view of the classic hawaiian gardens. There were multiple pools and a large family pool and pavilion with grills and beach access. Overall, it was a great place to stay and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend to family and friends when traveling to Maui.

Absolutely loved our time here and were very happy with the accommodation. Some of the highlights included the great pool/pavilion set-up, the very well anointed kitchen, the beach gear available in the unit (chairs, cooler, umbrella, nice boogey board), and nice furnishings. Being able to camp out at the pavilion and swim, cook, eat, and relax was perfect, and could have spent the entire vacation doing just that. The only drawbacks (as mentioned in the listing and in other reviews), is that it is a fairly long walk from the beach to the condo (so much so that we typically drove - which is fine, but just be ready for it), and the road noise (especially construction during the day). Still 5 stars for sure - overall a great property that we would consider returning to.

Hi all: As a word of warning, the owners have failed to mention that there is NOISE emanating directly across the street due to large earth moving equipment, graders etc. If you spend any time during the day in the condo, you will hear beep-beep-beep in your sleep as it goes on from 8:00 am to 4-4:30 weekdays. This condo is near a 4 way stop and directly across the street is a 75 unit condo development that is in its infancy.
We have used VRBO many times and have never posted a negative review. We felt we had a fiduciary responsibility to warn you as the owner’s response was ethically challenged. Ledcor Development is the builder and they have posted on their website:
“Groundwork and Mass Excavation - Spring 2022
Anticipated completion for groundwork and mass excavation is Spring of 2022”
Earth moving is not close to completion. The target completion for the entire complex is late 2023. If you are planning on staying in this condo, I would recommend checking their website for updates.
The owner responded with nonsense stating the “noise is subjective” and minimizing our issue, blaming the builder, and blaming the condo association which has nothing to do with them not being upfront. The fact is there is a ton of noise, and it is unconscionable that they ignored that.
Had we been forewarned that construction noise could be an issue, we would have considered ourselves warned and not posted a negative review. Hence the reason for posting a 2 for the review. We felt uninformed.
There are a lot of other options in Maui-even some in the Ekahi complex closer to the water where you can’t hear the noise as much. I would recommend exploring those options..

Great place to stay, we were only two adults and it was nice to find a place with only one bedroom. The location was conveniently located and we were able to walk just about everywhere. It was a short walk to the beach, only negative would be the walk back to the unit is all uphill.
