Our Ranch House Cottage sits above the town of Kona with beautiful views of the Kona Coast. We are a 10-acre gated estate. This unit has a private Hot Tub/Jacuzzi with magnificent views. We a working farm with miniature goats, sheep and chickens. Fresh fruit and fresh eggs provided when available. Sit on your private porch with porch swing and take in the views, enjoy the farm and friendly goats and chickens! We grow bananas, pineapples, and mangos and have these available to guests when in season....

The cottage is so comfortable and well appointed. Laundry facilities are clean and well stocked. The lanai and hot tub are the perfect place to enjoy the famous Kailua-Kona sunsets.
The hosts, Amy and Rick, are wonderful and have anticipated the needs of guests and stocked the cottage accordingly.

Amy and Rick’s place is perfect for a stay when visiting the Big Island. The location is prime - only 10 mins from the Kona airport and downtown Kona. It is located in a beautiful farm so you will have some cute goats and chicken as your neighbor.
The room is super spacious and well-maintained with some ocean view. There is also a big jacuzzi hot tub that’s absolutely a plus! I can’t wait to come back and stay at Amy and Rick’s place again.
