We had a very comfortable, cozy stay. The location was perfect for all the activities our friends had planned, and the area was quiet and peaceful. The included parking spot and pool access were great perks that we took advantage of. The host was communicative and friendly. Would stay here again!

My husband and I have stayed for 12 days. This condo was perfect for the two of us. Everything we needed, especially in the kitchen was provided. The place was clean and quiet. There is a pretty garden below and the lawn has holes for practicing putting; the pool is perfect for an evening swim if one doesn't feel like walking a few minutes to the beach. Also, the place is close to the ABC store, a restaurant and a farmer's market; the rest of Kihei is just a short distance away by car.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo!

2nd floor unit had no a/c so was uncomfortable with temps in the high 80s even with the windows open and the fans on high. The unit could also use some updating. Location is great and the complex was very quiet.

There was a little misshap when we checked-in, the process was clear and well explained, however the apartment had not been cleaned. It was obvious several little and bigger details that the cleaning people had not come.
I immediately wrote to Dona, explaining the situation and what needed attention, and we went to bed using towels as we'd had a long day of travelling.
In the morning I saw Dona had replied, she was very nice and apologetic, and had a call so we quickly figured out a plan so the cleaning staff could come while we went out. We were impressed with how efficiently Dona handled the situation, and when we came back later everything was perfect.
The apartment itself served out purposes perfectly, I will only say unfortunately the oven did not work when we were there (but the range did). Apart from that everything was great, it is well located and a great jumping point to visit all around the beautiful island of Maui.
And well , these things happen, we are all human, the most important is how receptive Dona was and it got resolved quickly. Mahalo!

It’s a nice place for one person or a couple. Cute courtyard in the back with a nice pool. The blinds to the front door open and close from the outside so anyone walking by could open them. They stayed shut for my stay, so I don’t think that happened though. Nice quiet neighborhood but not very walkable, not very many sidewalks. The beach is right across the street, which is super convenient and there is beach supplies in the closet here. No AC but that wasn’t an issue for me because I was only here at night and turned on the fans and opened a window. A clean place but there were some bugs that’s crawled out of the sink and bathtub drains.

We loved the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels included in the room, they allowed us to really relax and enjoy the beach! We appreciated the extra fans as well! Pool area was also very nice. Great location on the island for driving to other areas/towns since its towards the middle!

This place felt like my first college apartment. It is in a quiet, centrally located area. However, the couch is so trashed you can’t even sit on it. Definitely don’t plan to sleep on it or the pull out, especially with no blankets available. Also, the amount of power strips had me concerned about fire, the whole time. Pretty sure the stove should be plugged into the wall, not a power strip. Might be why the oven doesn’t work either.

Beautiful setting and close to the beach. Easy access to the Main Street in Kihei. Very friendly people. No complaints from us.
