Top-Floor Corner Unit: Located on the third floor (no elevator), this one-bedroom condo offers great airflow and a partial ocean view.
Bedroom & Living Area: The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living area includes a sofa sleeper with a comfortable 8” mattress.
Well-Stocked Kitchen: Includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer for your convenience.
Updated Amenities: In mid-2023, we installed a ductless mini-split AC system in the living room and bedroom, and replaced the lanai door with a full-wall lanai door (pictures do not reflect updates).
Comfortable & Cool: Ceiling fans in every room ensure a comfortable stay.

Oceanfront Complex: Enjoy a solar-heated swimming pool near the ocean, a sandy man-made beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues.
Unique Saltwater Pool: Adjacent to the property, the saltwater pool is owned by the State of Hawaii and offers a unique swimming experience. Use at your own risk.
Private Beach Area: Lounge chairs and community BBQ grills are available for your use.
Convenient Location: The town of Kailua, with shopping and restaurants, is a short walk away, as are beaches, snorkeling spots, and the Ali'i Gardens Marketplace. The Kona Trolley conveniently stops along Ali'i Drive if you prefer not to walk or drive.

This property is great and I loved that it was stocked with nice kitchen wares and some detergent and dishwasher soap and other helpful items. Means a lot. Nice condo and the beach/ grill area is the best. Makes for a really enjoyable evening We would stay again for sure

This is our third trip to Hawaii and we have always stayed at Kona Isle. Great location and very nice complex. This particular unit the best of all three: updated nicely and clean. Would recommend it to friends for sure.

Instead of paying a fortune for a big name hotel, we chose to stay at a local condo. This was a great choice and the neighbors and fellow visitors were equally friendly as well. Close to everything only about 10 minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona.

Property was very nice and well kept. Quiet. I liked that the buildings have a feeling of a Hawaiian buildings and not just a hotel looking structure. The sitting area by the ocean was wonderful. Saw several people grilling (I did not) and enjoying sunsets in the evening. The unit was as describe and had everything I needed. I liked being on the end as better breeze on the lanai and views of the mountains and ocean. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom which made for a couple warm nights. I slept comfortably on the couch those nights. a couple extra floor fans helped direct cooler air into the bedroom. Bed was very comfy. I would return to the unit and the complex again.

Property located on the beach. This condo is third floor at the rear of the property, nearer to the road. Traffic noise sometimes but not really an issue. Well maintained unit with nice balcony and partial water views.

We loved our stay at your place! The sunsets, pool, lanai, and living quarters were perfect. It was an ideal home base on the Kona side of the island. It was a short walk downtown and to the farmer’s market. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay so complete!

This is my 3rd time at this great condominium. The place is beyond clean. Well stocked with the necessities. Pool is great. Right on the water. Planning our next visit for next summer.
