The condo is on the second floor of the two story complex, accessible by stairs but not elevator. The unit was remodeled including the kitchen with stainless appliances, hardwood bamboo floors in the living room/dining area and bathrooms, Samsung "Smart" 32” flat screens in each bedroom, all with DVD/BluRay players attached and free Netflix; and a new 65" 4k UHD LG Smart TV in the living room.
In the kitchen--KEURIG 2.0 PLUS SERIES single serve coffee maker. There is also a standard electric coffee maker in the kitchen.

The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated--one has a king bed, the other has two queens. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The unit includes a spacious lanai (balcony) with spectacular OCEAN VIEWS, wonderful for sunsets and whale-watching. There is a table and chairs to sit and relax on the lanai.
The unit has NEW CENTRAL A/C! There is a separate thermostat and control in each bedroom and the main living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a full size Kenmore refrigerator and includes a dishwasher, NEW MICROWAVE, toaster and rice cooker.

Note that there is a mandated state of Hawaii room tax of 14.41% +3% (for Covid) added to the daily rate--Hawaii added the additional 3% tax to start effective bookings after November 1, 2021. HI is increasing tax on visitors partly because the HI government shut down the island to visitors, thereby reducing income tax revenues to the state, and now they need to bring in more revenue to make up for that loss.

The condo was nice and clean. Check in was a bit frustrating as we couldn’t get in until 30 minutes after check in time due to the cleaning team didn’t have the room ready. There was an issue with the AC in one room however the owner resolved the problem quickly. We would stay at this location again

Nice place to stay, and great location! It was an aging facility (musty smell in hall bathroom from some wet floor spots and the deck needs some attention). The space was nice and appliances worked well. It did have AC, however was not quite as efficient as we had hoped (but it did work!). It was nice to have the washer/dryer and many beach items to borrow.
We were within walking distance to great shops, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Views were amazing!

I recommend you consider rebuilding the deck. You have some rotten wood and it feels a bit unsafe. Otherwise, all good

Perfect spot in Kihei for beaches, restaurants and launching point to visit other parts of the island. The condo was clean with ample space for a family of 5. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the bbq and outdoor eating area. We'd come back here in a minute!

Our place was centrally located. We had a great view of the ocean from our room. We saw several whales right from our deck out of the living room. Everything, including the air conditioning, worked great. I would come back in a minute.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Great location. We just walked across the road every evening to catch the sunset. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Just a bit up the road is a park that has a walkway along the ocean. Loved it.

The condo is located in the heart of Kihei and an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. The two bedroom two bathroom layout works great with friends or family. Sit and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony or enjoy the pool and amenities on property.
