Our beautiful Luxury condo is at Papakea Ocean Front Resort on North Kaanapali Beach. Papakea Resort has one of the largest acreage with the smallest number of condo of any resort in Kaanapali.

Papakea Resort is adjacent to North Kaanapali Beach and a short ride to the town of Lahaina. There are wonderful restaurants shops and markets within walking distance.
**FACILITY FEE - $17 a day for your first 10 consecutive days on the Resort in a 30 day period. This is a per condo fee NOT a per person fee. This Fee covers 1 Parking Permit, WiFi, Satellite Cable and Local Calls during your stay. This is charged directly by the Front Desk for the Homeowners Association of the Resort. We had a wonderful stay at Papakea. The resort is amazing, incredible view, and everyone is very friendly. The condo is like a second home with everything needed to enjoy your stay. Keyless entry is a great option, especially when you are wearing swim wear. We highly recommend you staying here and we will probably return shortly.

This is a completely upgraded and amazing unit. Woke up and had my morning coffee seaside outside the patio slider. Wishing I had more time and unlimited funds.

Sheets need to be deep pocket. Sheets came off the corners all night. Couch needs to be replaced as the metal frame is all rusty and has stained the sheets on hide a bed and couch material. Found trash in the hides bed. No laundry detergent or dish washer detergent when we arrived as indicated on rental agreement. Move some kitchen stuff to provvide storage for groceries. Need additional spatula for cooking.

Oceanfront unit. Well-stocked, comfy bed, clean. Would definitely rent again. Spent lots of time staring at the ocean and sunsets. Paradise.

The condo was nicely furnished and has a terrific view! The kitchen is well stocked as far as appliances and utensils. it was very clean and well-kept. I absolutely love the view and being able to look at the ocean!

We were looking for our own condo as part of a family trip. The online listing seemed great and the property exceeded our expectations. From the full sliding doors looking out onto the water, the upgraded appliances, and very comfortable bed, we had no complaints. The upgrades to the bathroom, and especially the shower, were remarkable. The condo is well decorated and was stocked with a welcome package of initial supplies which prevented us from making a run to the store when we arrived after flying in from the east coast. The lanai is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the morning or to enjoy the sunset in the evenings. We would love to stay here again if our travels bring us back to Maui!

Overall, we were very happy with the unit we rented. It was a well kept updated property and unit. The direct ocean view was gorgeous. It is also close to both Kapalua and Lahaina. The beach was not out during our visit but you could still swim/snorkel in the water.
I would suggest adding the Spectrum TV app to the bedroom as there is not cable in their. We were able to use our own but I am sure others would appreciate. I also would suggest that the property complex have umbrellas available. The sun is very strong and it is hard to find a shady spot by the pools. The internet was also strong as we were both working remotely while visiting. We were very happy with our stay.

Such a beautiful property overlooking the ocean. I saw other units that had similar views; however, this unit is fully updated from the floors to the kitchen and the bathroom. There is no need to drive elsewhere and fight crowds for sunset views, you literally just need to step outside on the backyard patio.
