This property has a 3rd party management company. When arriving we had to check in with security. no bid deal there but it is one person and we had to wait over 45 minutes. At that point we called them back and asked what the eta was. once we got to our room and unloading our cart kids of other guests were attempting to steal my food and alcohol from my cart with their dad present. This property is mostly rentals and one security for this property is not enough. The condition of the unit is severely neglected. There are small insects infesting the ceiling in the kitchen and stove area, mold and mildew in the bathrooms, every plug/Light switch, baseboard..etc covered in dust, bedroom AC/dehumidifier broken, paint on walls is disgusting and unit was obviously barely cleaned prior to our arrival, AC unit in the main area does not cool the loft or the bedroom, closet in bedroom is haphazardly stuffed with owner supplies and not useable, hallway closet stuffed with beach toys and supplies that fall out when door is opened....i could go on and on. Its a shame as the unit layout and location are great. The owner clearly has gotten their money worth out of the rental and milking every penny out of it. I would not recommend this unit or any other unit Managed by this company to anyone. We are looking to expand our California company to maui and all future trips will not be here.

Our family of 4 loved our stay here. The loft area was perfect for our kids, complete with its own bathroom. The location of the condo was wonderful. We walked to the beach for sunset every night. We would stay here again.

Perfect location. Cute condo for the family. Easy check in. Owners very easy to work with. Could use a deep clean. Was dried blood on bathroom cabinet and hair on shower wall from last visitors. Overall I would stay there again.

Clean, great location, updated kitchen and bathroom. The owners need to come and eliminate broken and unnecessary items. The closet had way too many linings and no place to hang clothes. The bedroom needs an overhead light- I used my phone’s flashlight to locate items!

We have been coming to Maui for 40 years and the check in here SUCKED HARD. The security guard seemed like he really wanted to be in charge as his tone of voice about the 4 oclock checkin exaxtly at 4pm and demanding an answer about parking between the lines. And smoking only in designated area and no weed smoking. I told him i dont smoke and Mahalo. I will never stay here again those 2 security guards need a life. The shaved head 40 year old white male and im busy looking at my phone. And the other older filipino demanding an answer about parking between lines. Maybe loosen your man bun so your not such an A** hole. The lady security guard was more the speed visitors are greeted with Aloha...

Had a great time staying here with two other girlfriends for 7 days. Communication was easy and fast. Thank you for such a great place and ease of checking out/in. Liked not having a key to remember to bring with us. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Two bathrooms were great for the three of us. We had rented a car but the beach was so close you really didn't need one if you stayed local your entire trip.

Location was great and the unit set up was good. The only issue we had was the linens in the pull out couch were filthy and the replacements were also dirty in the closet. When you arrive after 4 PM (check in time) it’s frustrating to have to do laundry. Otherwise it was good.

Our extended family of 13 booked this place, and 3 others in the same complex. We booked 13 months ago, and are really grateful for how we were all pretty close to each others’ places, and to the beach, as well as walking distance to restaurants, Foodland and the bike rental place (Boss Frogs).
Our condo stayed cool with fans and/or air conditioning, thought the main bedroom didn’t ever completely cool down, but it was bearable.
There were lots of towels for home and beach, though it would be nice to have a couple more full size beach towels. We used the snorkels and chairs every day to go to Charlie’s Beach. There was a good selections of glasses, and enough cups and plates for all.
The stove could be updated but it was clean. There are enough pots and bowls. We purchased a couple containers for leftovers, as there were none in the place.
The beds are ok but we didn’t think there was a memory foam on the main bed, and the upstairs beds worked, but also could have a memory foam or something on them. There are lots of pillows, though a bit flat so we doubled up.
Overall, the description of the place is accurate, the host is extremely responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at this property.

-The 3 pools were often empty for us to take our pick.
-Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a game changer.
