Enjoy our condo in lovely Poipu with vast ocean views from the lanai and Master Bedroom. You will hear the ocean, see the ocean (and the whales in season) and be mesmerized by the ocean and the sea life. Sunset Kahili is the highest condo in the area. Our resort is on the ocean side of Pee Road, the views from every room are non-stop ocean and both ocean and mountain views from the kitchen. Clean tile floors are throughout the entire home with attractive wainscoting and furnishings. Luckily, the complex has an elevator, a nice maintained pool also with an ocean view), bbq area (also with an ocean view!) and you have your own assigned parking space.
Enjoying the sights and sounds from the lanai are blue water dreams come true. This condo is on the west side of the building which gives you access to ocean sunsets. Free wireless internet (works great by the way) is at your disposal. The location on a hill combined with the fifth floor setting not only gives you wonderful views but also allows the cooling trade winds easy access. Central to all of Poipu, this condo will be your leisure home for your entire stay....

Great time in Kauai, the condo was as described and within walking distances of the listed beaches. The no AC wasn't a surprise but it was a surprise to us how much we were uncomfortable. A fun feature was being able to see the ocean from the shower if you leave the bathroom door open. The place was well stocked. Everything we needed. Highly recommend looking up the hiking path to the Secret Beach. It's an hour's drive north but really worth it. Also make your reservation in advance for a sunset dinner at the Beach House. We also enjoyed the luau at the Sheraton.

This lovely one bedroom condo on the top floor of the building was ideal for my wife and I. The ocean views are spectacular and the location was absolutely ideal! Although the unit is not air-conditioned, the ocean breezes (and overhead fans) were quite welcome! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The condo is in a beautiful spot overlooking the ocean. We loved spending time on the balcony in the mornings. Plenty of relaxing space for the two of us with a great kitchen to cook the few meals that we made onsite. Location is awesome for getting to beaches and other desirable spots by car. It’s walkable to beaches but I wouldn’t recommend carrying chairs etc that far.

Denise was super helpful and assisted us with any questions we had about the rental. We loved to hear the crashing of the waves and sit on the balcony while drinking our morning coffee. We loved our one bedroom suite with the ocean view from our bedroom and the sound of the waves. We slept well on the comfy bed. The patio for coffee and dinners at sunset were the absolute must for us. It didn’t disappoint.

This property is super cute. Nicely decorated and a lovely view. The front door was missing a privacy blind so we had to hang a towel over it so no one could see in. The only negative is that this unit is in a very old building and the common areas are somewhat dingy looking compared to the standard of the unit

The location of this condo is perfect for seeing the whole island and is close to great beaches. Watching whales breaching, dolphins spinning and turtles swimming right off the deck was fabulous! Denise was incredibly responsive to all our questions and the place was in great shape. When we come back this will be the place we’ll stay!

We chose this location after a late change of vacation plans. This older building is set back from the ocean but the views are stunning. 507 is protected from the breeze and has wonderful shady mornings. The breaking waves are clearly visible and audible but not so much as to disturb. Be gentle getting into the parking lot. The pool was quiet but regularly maintained and a very pleasant cool off spot. There is a common room with puzzles and books. 507
was also well equipped with games and Island guides. We had easy walks to trails and 10 mins to Poip’u beach park which was safe, shady, excellent snorkeling and seals and turtles as daily visitors. Close by there are grocery stores in Koloa Old town and an abundence of restaurants within a five to ten minute drive.
Denise was very prompt with her communication and dealt with any concerns quickly and appropriately.
