**FACILITY FEE - $17 a day for your first 10 consecutive days on the Resort in a 30 day period. This is a per condo that covers 1 Parking Permit, WiFi, Satellite Cable and Local Calls during your stay. This is charged directly by the Front Desk for the Homeowners Association of the Resort.**...
