Easy parking and access to the condo. Great location, amazing views and short walk to the beach and pool. Luxurious condo- well maintained, kitchen is well stocked with all the gadgets and appliance- even an air fryer and instapot. Bathroom with curling iron and hairdryer- it’s the little things. Beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella all there- so no need to rent. The mall and market is the next street over. I enjoyed our stay with my family here more so than the resort! Cindy is a great host and calls to makes sure everything is going well. An assortment of fresh fruit basket was a nice gesture upon arrival. :)

We had the best time staying at Cindy’s at the Elua. The views were stunning and the unit had everything we needed. We loved that there were so many beach toys, chairs and cooler for the beach. The pool at the Elua was awesome and we spent a lot of time there. The beds were comfortable and the layout worked great for our family! We will be back!!

Our stay at was fantastic. The property was just as pictured and the view from the lanai was amazing! The owner could not have been nicer or more responsive to any questions. The condo itself was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

Cindy was great to work with and the fruit basket left for us was a nice surprise. This condo is in a great location on the Wailea walking path and close to the main road. Less than a five minute walk to the Shops at Wailea and the Andaz. The kitchen is well stocked and the Lania and view are amazing! Only complaint would be the single ply toilet paper and the decor could use a little refresh. Would definitely stay here again!

We have been to Maui numerous times, but this was our first stay in Wailea. It did not disappoint! The condo complex is secure with round the clock security, and beautifully maintained with direct access to the beach. The condo is about a 5 minute walk to the beach via sidewalks and a few staircases. It is higher up on the hill within the complex, making for beautiful sunsets and views of the ocean. Far enough away though that it’s more protected from the ocean wind. Bbq and garbage/waste bins are conveniently located in the parking lot directly adjacent to the unit.
The unit itself is beautifully decorated and furnished. It was the perfect size for two couples and can easily be configured for a family of 4. The appliances are all modern, and the kitchen is very well equipped.
Cindy (the homeowner) was extremely easy to communicate with, responded quickly to enquiries and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again at this unit, and hope to in the not-too-distant future.

Fantastic clean well furnished and equipped condo with incredible view. We’ve stayed at many different units in Elua village, but this is our favorite. The view from the lanai is a beautiful balance of the incredible gardens and the sea. The owner is one of the best that we’ve worked with on VRBO.

This is our second time staying at this complex, first time in Cindy’s unit. The unit was exactly as described, more then enough kitchen and beach items. We used the pool a lot, enjoyed the private garden patio, and walked to the beach in front of the complex daily. So many great beaches to see but honestly the Ulua beach has everything you need. Highly recommend.

The value of this rental is very much worth it. The view is spectacular, but it does come with multiple small sets of stairs before getting to the beach. Maybe a 3-5 minute walk. But the location is great. Amenities were great, pool was very warm. No hot tub, but the pool was so warm it didn’t matter.
Cindy was most excellent when it came to communication. Prompt responses and was checking to make sure we got settled in.
Overall, a great location. Wailea shopping center with lots of food options, markets, and shopping was about a 5 minute walk. Then Kihei was only 10 minutes away for a different kind of dining.
My in-laws were very happy.

We were 2 couples sharing this condo. It was very spacious and comfortable and the view was spectacular. We ate breakfast at the condo and some lunches and dinners as well. The kitchen was well equipped, and the lanai had a table where we ate all our breakfasts. The resort is a very short walk from the beach, the walking trail and the Shops at Wailea. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit was prefect for my husband and I and our 2 teenage sons to fully enjoy everything Maui has to offer. The unit was nicely appointed with everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach gear .. all we had to do was unpack and relax! The location truly made the trip with its central location and easy walking distance to the beach and shops. We will definitely be back!
