Our fabulous oasis offers an extra-large, 1300 sq ft of interior living space that consists of two bedrooms both with their own en suite bathrooms and a separate powder room. A rare and highly desirable corner unit with a huge 250 sq ft wrap around lanai. The incredible panoramic ocean and outer island views will be hard to beat anywhere on Maui. You might as well be at the helm of a yacht... 240-degree Pacific views forever!
The Royal Kahana Resort offers guests a first class vacation experience and is conveniently located between the fabulous resort areas of Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua Bay. Located close to superb shops and restaurants at Whalers Village Shopping Center in Kaanapali, and the championship golf courses at Kapalua.
This 4th floor corner end unit underwent a completed gorgeous remodel and in 2020 wood floors were added throughout. The PHENOMENAL ocean and outer Island views can be enjoyed from almost the entire property including the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and, of course, from the huge 45 FOOT LONG WRAP-AROUND LANAI! The sweeping ocean views of Lanai and Molokai grace the horizon and beckon you from afar. If you are visiting in the winter, there is no better place on the entire coast to see the whales putting on a most spectacular (almost private) show for your enjoyment.
Our spacious condominium is tastefully decorated in a coastal tropical theme. A full kitchen, washer, dryer, cable t.v. in every room, DVD player, FREE high speed internet as well as free long distance to the Mainland and Canada will ensure your vacationing comfort.
With a king-size bed in the master, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The extra powder room off the living area is an especially nice feature for visiting guests and guests utilizing the sleeper sofa.
Three ceiling to floor glass sliders can open up seamlessly blending the lovely interior of the living room,dining area, master bedroom. with the world class outdoor views.
Amenities at the Royal Kahana include a LARGE HEATED POOL surrounded by a sundeck. Adjacent to the pool is a beachfront lawn area to sun and take in the views. Whether you choose to swim in the pool, sun yourself at the pool deck or beachfront lawn area, or take a refreshing dip in the ocean... perhaps a little snorkeling or boogie boarding, or just a stroll down the white sandy beach, you will delight in the natural beauty surrounding you here at the Royal Kahana.
There are four gas-fired barbecue grills at the pool area. For relaxed entertainment, as well as a Ping-Pong tables and shuffleboard. There is also an on site exercise room, 24 hour concierge as well as an activity desk. A conference room can be reserved in advance.
The ground and building are maintained impeccably, as is the interior of the condo. Being an owner who lives on Maui, I visit the condo regularly when it is available,and make sure everything is in top shape.
The Royal Kahana is within a few-minute walk to many shops, convenience stores, beauty salon, and over a dozen restaurants offering everything from casual to fine dining options.

Saw turtles daily from the lanai. House was clean. They had beach chairs and a cooler for us to use. Could have spent the entire vacation on the lanai enjoying the ocean and sunset view.

We traveled to Maui for a family trip to celebrate my husband's 50th and our son going to college. We had an amazing trip with memories we will never forget. This property was great. The wrap around lanai was my favorite part. Every morning we were presented with a rainbow to start the day and at night we got to enjoy the sound of the ocean waves. We did not spend a lot of time in the condo but when we returned at night we had enough seating to relax, the kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed. My only feedback is the welcome packet said that each bathroom came with soap but we did not have soap for the shower and you do need to supply your own laundry detergent. Luckily, there is a great market right across the street.
The location was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time up north around D.T. Fleming beach and visited a lot of the restaurants around the Ritz Carlton.
This property would be amazing in the winter during whale season. We would definitely come back.

I loved this property and the whole family really enjoyed the stay here. We explored a lot of Maui in our few days and so we had to do quite a bit of driving to get to other side of the island (road to Hana and Haleakala), but we spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool and the balcony and the property was great for our family of 5.

This condo is right above a small beach and looks over the ocean to Molokai. A wrap around lanai was a great place to listen to the waves and watch sea turtles. The condo was very clean and well equipped, including beach gear. The owner has provided upgraded appliances, flooring, and fixtures. A rental car is needed to access other beaches and restaurants. And importantly, the property manager Mariea was very responsive and helpful!

The owner was also amazing to work with--graciously arranging to have our luggage packed up and sent to us when the recent wildfires on Maui interrupted our stay, preventing us from retrieving our things before we needed to leave the island. The beauty we experienced both in the sites of Maui and in the amazing people we met while there have us eager to plan a return trip. And we'll definitely look to this property as a top choice for a play to stay when we do.

We booked this based on the view and the wrap around lanai. Upon arrival it did not disappoint. The wrap around lanai and views sell this property. It was clean with plenty of amenities. The host was wonderful and communicated well and timely. I would stay at this property again.

Just pure paradise. The unit had everything you could need. Beach front wonderful view. Clean. Comfortable! Just perfect. The views are amazing and much better in person. Photos cannot do it the justice it deserves! The surrounding area is great too!
