Welcome to our little piece of paradise on the Island of Maui. ..a spacious one bedroom condo with everything you need for your vacation in this paradise. Our well maintained home away from home has a kitchen with granite countertops and and is stocked with everything you need to help prepare any of your vacation meals. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. We supply all the laundry soap, dish soap, linens, towels ,coolers, beach chairs and beach towels for your visits to Maui's beautiful beaches..... also a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Enjoy your meals on our large lanai that has some views to the ocean and we are only steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches - Kamaole 1. This well kept complex has a pool, hot tub , sauna, and BBQ areas. There is shopping, great restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Relax and enjoy your vacation in our home away from home..you'll love it!

The apartment is very clean, and well stocked with toiletries and kitchen items. The building was very quiet and serene, and we spent many hours on the lanai watching the ocean view! The location is great as well, just a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. Keep an eye out for the lovebird family living in the trees along the driveway.

This condo was the perfect place for us to hang our hats while we explored the various corners of the island. Being centrally located made gave easy access to both East and West sides.

The property was just as described. The unit had everything you would need. The location was awesome. Just a few minutes walk to the beach at the end of the street. There is a huge pool and jacuzzi as well. Lots of shops within walking distance. Gift shops, souvenirs, hair salon, nail salon, gas station and restaurants. I definitely would come back to this unit again. And the lanai was very large and it had a view of the water. I loved it.

Our stay was perfect. The listing was exactly as stated. Our hosts had material available about activities on the island as well as suggestions for activities eating out and shopping. We would definitely consider renting from them again! Thanks Paul and Mandy!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. There are lots of amenities nearby and the beach is a block away. The condo itself has a large deck that we would often use in the morning and evening along with a beautiful pool area.

Easy to rent, we previously stayed @ 6 or 7 Alii Kai condos and this unit was the best ( tasteful decor, clean, nicely appointed,...) Highly recommend this unit.

Pros:
-Close to lots of shops, restaurants, beaches! (within walking distance)
-Very clean!
-Well stocked condo (beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, well stocked kitchen)
-Nice lanai with partial oceanview
Cons:
-Window A/C unit in living room is far from bedroom, leading to a hot bedroom sometimes.
-A far walk with a decent amount of stairs from the parking lot, making it hard when carrying luggage or for mobility-impaired.

We had such a great time here. The location and view is absolutely perfect! We were in walking distance to so many great places to eat, shop, and right by one of the best beaches here on west Maui.
The communication with Paul and Mandy was quick every time, and we appreciated that! We were able to check in later no problem which was great since the airport changed our flight.

The property was bigger than what we were expecting. Living room area was spacious and bedroom was comfy. We had everything we needed in the apartment and we’re close to many local food spots. Beach right across the street and views of the ocean that were surreal.
