We loved the deck and pool overlooking the ocean where we could see sea turtles and on occasion dolphins! We could walk to shipwreck beach and poipu beach in under 10 minutes. The grounds were well cared for! The pool was a lovely temperature in late October. Thank you so much for having us!!

We loved our stay in Poipu Palms. The condo had beach chairs, a body board, and an ice chest that made our days perfect on each of the very close beaches. There was plenty of ice (thank you for the extra ice trays in the freezer). The large private deck was wonderful for relaxing. The condo deck and pool were outstanding. We watched the waves and sea turtles each morning and evening. The BBQ had everything to make dinner and enjoy a sunset meal looking out at the horizon line. Clean and super comfortable for everyone in the family. Thank you!

I stayed here with my 2 daughters and daughter in law for a girls trip. We had great time. View was beautiful. Very clean. We had everything we needed. They even picked up my grocery order! Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay.

Very comfortable condo with all amenities in kitchen, washer and dryer, and beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. The lanai is comfortable and very large with ocean views. We enjoyed the pool, oceanfront deck and BBQ grill. Quiet except for construction workers onsite who were not respectful, which was our only turnoff.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and well equipped condo! The building has only 12 units thus felt private and homey. Spacious lanai, ocean views from indoors and out. Viewing deck for enjoying sunsets, sea turtles and whales.Grounds are nicely maintained.

This property is very accurately described and photographed.
This was a very comfortable and nicely designed home with a wonderful ocean breeze. Clean, with fresh towels, washer/ dryer and all the amenities described. It has a spacious patio that we used every morning and every evening drinking our Kauai coffee. You can walk through the beautiful garden a few feet to the BBQ, the deck over looking the ocean (lots of turtles & stingray) and the pool area.
The property is located on the south end of the island close to: Po’ipu Beach, Shipwreck Beach (3-5 minutes), and a few miles from National Botanical Gardens (10 minutes), Kauai Coffee Co(25 minutes), Kauai Plantation and Railrod & Luau (20 minutes).
I’d like to acknowledge the Parrish Management Company, managing the property for the owner. A few units had a plumbing issue on our last day. I called the emergency line, two very nice Parrish maintenance men came out after hours. The company came through for us, because the issue was a little bigger than anticipated. There will always be issues, but how a company comes through for the client is a true testament to taking care of “us the tourist.” Our neighbors had a “different” company and ended very differently (badly) for them.

The location was incredible and the views spectacular. The condo had everything we needed for our stay which we greatly appreciate. We didn’t have to buy anything but food. The Parrish Company that runs this unit has amazing customer service as well so we will rent from them again; just not this condo. Upon entry we removed our shoes as the sign requested. In 20 minutes the floor turned my new white socks dark brown. I used the swifter wet they provided and two of those came up black just from the master bathroom floor. Had to buy bleach and mop the floors three times and they still weren’t clean. The showers had black and pink slime mold growing on the bottom, around the doors, and on every ledge and corner. Corners and the side of the fridge floor was disgusting too.
This unit doesn’t have air conditioning which most nights wasn’t a problem because there are trade winds but it got hot in the afternoon and was uncomfortable to sleep some nights even with the fans on.
This still didn’t ruin our trip because of the location but this condo is too expensive for what it is and how filthy it was. After speaking to the company, I hope it will be cleaner moving forward.
